[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — memo present on account

I recently did my re-kyc for the second time and it has been more than a month and also visited hdfc bank personally more than twice. I received sms saying my account status has been successfully changed from blocked to active. But when i do online transaction, following is the message received with transaction failure: there is a memo present on the debit account, transaction declined.
