    I purchased iPhone 11 on December 9 from vijay sales outlet. But I haven't received any cashback yet. The hdfc employee at the store stated that cashback of 6000rs will be received within 90 days. But it has been 4 months now. I tried reaching customer care but either they dont answer or put on hold and hung up the call. Need a solution

      Hi All,
      Amount 29.50 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges)

      eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC.

      There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

      i need a refund for this or i will close the account and rise the complaint as you guys have vailated the policy

          I am Vijay Kumar Nair. I have a personal loan 67300951 cust id 2720693. As you are aware RBI gavemoratorium on payments for 3 months. The number given by you and the website are not working. It is to be expected as HDFC bank is very unfriendly unhelpful and rude. You are greedy and will not help
          I have complained to RBI and PM and CM. I am working with Times Now channel and have submitted a complaint.

            I am anupama nair. Cust id 22840860. I have a credit card 6178. I want to avail moratorium for 2 months. The numbers provided to call and the website both are not working which is too devious of you not to give rbi given benifits. I am a heartpatient and would need the moratorium and you are usual unhelpful. I have no option but to complain to rbi pm and cm uddhav ji which i have already done. I will file a law suit.

            We wish to inform you that all HDFC Bank Credit card customers who were regular in their payments on or before 01 Mar 2020 and unable to make any payments from 01st Mar 2020 to 31st May 2020 will be automatically made eligible for the moratorium. Customers need not take the pain to call the Bank or send any email / SMS confirmations to the Bank to avail moratorium on Credit Card dues.

            Credit card customers with Autopay option active for payments can use NetBanking/MobileBanking to switch off their Autopay Instruction. Your EMIs if any, on your credit card will be automatically deferred to Jun'20 onwards. Post the moratorium period, your Autopay will be automatically enabled / reinstated by us so that your scheduled payments are back on track.

            You have complete discretion to either take advantage of the moratorium or to continue with your scheduled payments. Your credit card statement / Insta Jumbo Loan statement, will carry the total amount due and on non payment of the due, the customer would be deemed to have availed of the moratorium benefit.

            However we wish to advice that you continue to pay your dues in order to avoid interest charges. Hence the choice to avail the moratorium is purely voluntary with applicable interest charges. Minimum card dues along with accrued interest during the moratorium will be liable for payments post the moratorium period.

              I am Vijay Kumar Nair. I work for times now. I have a complaint. Personal loan number 67300951 cust id2720693. I want to awail moratorium on pl for april and may. But deliberately the numbers and website not working. If you cut the emi i had mailed to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com. At this time instead of helping tried various tricks. If you cut emi i will be forced to take legal action as you deliberately posted numbers not working and website not working. Bad service HDFC at this time when you need to help.

                Good Evening,

                I have pay the 11751 Rs and 17010 Rs bill respectively using my HDFC credit card by phone pay application.
                After that, I have checked my HDFC credit card account information, I am shocked because HDFC credit card system is created the three loans(11050 Rs, 11751 and 17010 Rs) with ROI 20 % as an aggregator EMI-OFFUS without inform me.

                I have calculated all loans' interest amount 4000 Rs.

                Why HDFC bank is doing this type of hidden cheating with me ?

                I need my answer as soon as possible.

                I had done booking through go ibibo of 11846/- . With out my permission they converted it into aggregation Emi offus. But the very next month I have paid 10121 /-. Each month they are asking me to pay for 1400 extra on my card I wish to have rectification about it. U need to intimate when ur converting to emi. Hope u resolve my problem

                    Im using hdfc bank salary account for more than 4 years but they are taking more than 50 thousand mirevenue charges in my account due to some personal issues i hv taken my salary via cheque for 3-4 months and my account balance showing negative although i dnt have any credit card or personal loan outstanding and as per rbi guidelines they are not allowed to do the same into any particular salary account so request you to pls look into this matter during this corona outbreak i need money for my family so pls reverse this charges on priority

                    I had used my credit card on petrol pump and my transaction was of 15000 and 19700 but they have added extra charges in my statement

                        Dear sir,

                        Due to change of my job my salary bank account is change to other bank account so i want you to please deactivate my hdfc salary account which is right now converted into saving account and due to non salary credit in this account my account is going negative and negative and i have no knowleged about that and when i checked this account it goes negative 3500 without any use. Please deactivate this account.

                        always frustrated he is saying will not deactivate your account please pay charges

                        Now tell me why should I pay not using your hdfc account for more then two years and always requesting you to deactivate this but instead of deactivating you are charging interest why should I pay tell me
                        please see RBI Rules for saving account if my problem is not sort out early then I will complain another channel will send you notice soon and will post your scam in social media

                          Myself kishore cust id 62791881
                          Requesting you to unfreeze my account as it is causing lot of trouble.
                          I have been following up with my personal bankers and have been getting no progress.
                          I received 11250 USD to my account last week and post which my account was freezes asking to provide a clarification on source of funds.
                          I was able to provide the same on 12th March.
                          I don't see any progress.
                          My last month and this month salary s also deposited to same account. And which has made me not use any funds in that account.

                              Hdfc bank is the worst bank in india and they don't have a heart because i told them to convert my dues into emi's i will pay but they didn't agree fir it and deduct my whole salary. Now due to the situation of covid-19 i don't have a money to buy food.

                              If i am no more then that is because of the hdfc bank and if i live then i'll make sure i don't have any servcies with you guys.

                                I made an outward remittance from hdfc bank to ing bank australia. The recipient has not received the money yet. I made on 19th march its now 31th march and its not received.

                                Attached is the transaction copy.

                                I have raise a complaint at hdfc bank. But no one responds. The compaint reference number is hbl[protected].

                                I raised the same complaint earlier, i can see some one from hdfc responded by nothing after that. I want this to be resolved asap

                                    Hdfc bank is very cheating bank, i have affected some economic problems due to covid-19. Rbi told don't unnecessary charge to customers, but bank atm withdrawn charge deduction my bank account, cit nagar branch, chennai. Already raised somany complaints against hdfc bank, but not responsible my complaints, please provide my deduction amount

                                      Sir this is a matter of concern than i have been cheated for last two years.i repeatedly tell the customer care every year to stop deducting the amount of rs 1399 for one assistance fee.but every year i am assured that frm next year the same will not be deducted.. but the same thing happened again this year.i am a retired person.it is impossible for me to give 1399 every year with out any reason.i by any cost need the refund of rs 1399 as i have told the cc many times to cancel it as early as possible..they told me that it was cancelled last year.but why it is decduted this year again????
