I bought iphone 11 on 28th december 2019 and as promised i have not received any cashback till now which obviously more than the given timeline i called previously too the banker said it will definitely be received prior 31st march i waited till 27th april then i mailed you in email address stated on site which is [protected]@hdfcbank.com which stated that due to ongoing covid 19 situation they will take longer to respond it’s now been 18days more than the given timeline again. Kindly explain when i will receive the amount or else don’t make fake offers like because right due to covid 19 situation you r are not taking calls as well for complaints.

        Good day,

        This email is about my loan emi which falls on 7th of every month, so what happend on 7th of everymonth my emi get deducted from my hdfc account any time within 24 hours, on the same days 07.05.2020, my emi has been deducted but amount was not sufficiaent, it happend in the morning and the amount was hold by bank, then it released automatically, in afternoon i maintained by balance but emi has not deducted so on 13.05.2020, i paid my emi through icici netbanking amount has been deducted but now in my saving account, it is showing negative balance which is equal to my loan emi.
        Kindly check this and i am also attaching statement of my account and payment details.

        I paid my loan EMI twice (Manually and Automatic). When I saw you guys are not responding so I paid loan EMI through HDFC net-banking source of payment used ICICI bank and statement already attached above, you can check. So my query is when I'll get my this amount back which I paid manually.

          I bought an ipad on 11th dec 2019 and made the purchase on my hdfc debit card for 29, 000 rs. And was supposed to receive cashback of 3000 rs by 13th april, 120 days after the purchase. Its been a month and still i didnt get any cashback.
          Getting ahold of customer care is also a bit on the hard side. The hdfc bank constantly disappoints me. I started moving assets to different bank altogether. If this cashback doesnt come through ill remove my account here.

            I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            Please deactivate and refund my money asap

              I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 14/01/2020. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked the shop owner, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  I purchased iPhone 11 at 10 jan 2020 and I and should received 6000 cash back after 120 days that is 10 may and now it’s 15 may and I still didn’t received my money back and I am not able to contact Hdfc customer care due to covid-19. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in the agency, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                      I purchased iphone xr in the month of december 2019, 5th dec 2020.
                      There is a cahs back of 5000rs which is supposed to be credited back to my account after 120 days of purchase.

                      I have not received the cashback and i have also raised this issue with the ban and no one sees to respond to this query.

                      I have even attempted to call them and write to them and i have no soultion to this yet.

                        I have taken consumer durable loan hdfc bank no — [protected] as per the amortization shedule instalment should start from 20-/11/2018 and last end instalment on 20/8/2019 on emi scheme from my sbi account. But your bank collected one extra instalment on 20/9/2019 the amount2319.24 which i requested yuo to re fund the amount extra collected. As per my bank statement i have never missed any instalment which i have paid promptly

                              The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 600 as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

                              The customer is not able to give any info on this. First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful. You know in covid 19 what is the position of person and this time you hold this amount.

                                I taken personal loan from hdfc bank. I regularly pay all emi but due to some reason i fail to pay my emi of month may 2020 on date and as per moratorium rule mentioned on hdfc bank site point number 4 and 5 my emi will be considered as a by default loan moratorium. But i ready to pay loam emi and regarding this got call from hdfc bank executive and do e payment of emi on date 12 may 2020 using online banking but on date 13 may 2020 bank deducted equal amount my emi on the name of loan manual hold charge. It is requesting to you please look in to the above complaint and resolve my preoblem

                                  I have purchased the apple iphone on 08/01/2020 under the cashback offer which stated 5000 cashback within 120 days but it has been more than 120 days. Hence, i am writing to inform you that this problem of mine is to be sorted as early as possible and cashback amount should be reflected in my account.

                                  This delay in these unfortunate time do not play a vital role in the promotion of the bank as the soul purpose of such offers are promotion and marketing. Looking forward to get your positive response at the earliest.

                                    In the month of december 2019, i have purchased an iphone xr model with a cash back offer of rs 5000. Payment was done through hdfc bank debit card and full payment was made. The purchase was done from apple store, diamond plaza mall, jessore road, kolkata.

                                    The card customer transaction slip shows i am entitled for a cash back of rs 5000 and same will be credited within 120 days from the last date of the transaction month. Till date i have not received the cash back into my hdfc bank account.

                                    My transaction id is [protected].

                                    It is already 4 months and still there is no credit of the cash back amount into my account.

                                    Please expedite to get the cashback credited into my account.

                                      I have a purchased a policy in hdfc life 20302458 on[protected].
                                      When i purchased a policy, agent told me the amount of charges are 2.5 %, however after policy, they started taking other few more charges which is around 10%.

                                      Now when i mailed them to discontinue to my policy, they told ur money will be given after 2 years, which was not told by agent.

                                      When i called agent, number written on my policy document, she tolds she no more works with hdfc life.
                                      I keep on mailing them, about stop of autodebit from my account, but they never reply in positive way, infact in very diplomatic way and no confirmation and no conclusive answer has been recieved. Infact they told my money is blocked.

                                      They have a send a mail regarding the premium allocation distribution which they have made a mistake earlier, but did not answer the following
                                      1. Confirmation to discontinuation of policy
                                      2. Refund of policy . Now they are saying money will be refunded after 2 years
