[Resolved] HDFC Bank — mirevenue hold through gefu

Hello, i live abroad and rarely visit delhi, india. I have a savings account with hdfc bank and a few days back i saw that my balance was in negative - rs. 11799.00 i was in delhi so i inquired in the branch and they said it will be reversed when you make the payment. I transferred rs. 57000/- in the account and yet the balance was deducted and i still see that rs. 11, 799 are held by hdfc bank and it says "mirevenue hold through gefu.

Later i checked my statement and in may 2019 also they took aways rs. 3, 850 from my account like this.

I need my money back and i want to close my account in hdfc bank. Please help.
