[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — mirevenue hold through gefu

Need update on this two transactions..this are two where mention that ach mandate charge. Need to khow which bank ACH mandate those are?

1.MIR[protected].00
2.MIR[protected].01

Is ACH charges applicable during quarantine.. i have taken a loan in shriram finance and my emi is being deducted through HDFC account. I have raised moratorium request as well. But unfortunately they have passed my cheque as usual and hdfc has deducted ACH charges Rs. 590 thrice.. I have reached Shriram and they said HDFC should answer this as they deducted the amount.. please let me know the solution for this

First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

Without any transaction from my side this amount debited please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Why is an amount being held by mirevenue gefu.
I want this issue solved asap. Or else i shall file an enquiry towards this. This is horrible
