cashback not received

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 9/12/2019 in jaipur. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, i have asked with vendor, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

demat charges refund

Hello sir,

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 13th august 2019 and i was charged since 2017 under the name of depository charges.

hdfc bank wrong charge to hdfc credit card - offus emi + payment of minimum due attracts interest!

I am seeing below unwanted charges and emi in my last two statement. I am trying you connect support person through phone banking. Not able to connect them.

moratorium loan deduction

Dear sir

I had applied for moratorium on 1st april 2020 and my moratorium request was successful but still my emi got deducted from account without any information

I would need a refund asap as i am unable to reach hdfc customer care

Hi my name is umesh isalkar. I hold an account with the hdfc bank lalit mahel chowk, fc road in pune.

I have been charged on my debit card rs 2290 at pwicare.com this is an adult website i had inadvertently logged in a few days ago and consented a small surfing fees as well.

However on april 15, the money got deducted even when i was not logged in on the website.

This happened at around 21:02...

Also There is no response and updates from the Bank side . very disappointed with their unprofessional behavior .

The concerned people from bank side resolve the issue at earliest....

offus charge incorrectly

This is to inform that dated[protected] I have been charged with OFFUS EMI, PRIN NB:06, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980413002153571), which is not genuine, I have always paid all my emi's on or before due dates.

Hence I would request you to remove this charge asap, so that I can pay rest of my emi on time....

amount debited from card but not received in payzapp wallet

Hi team,

Please look into below issue.

I have loaded 555 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transaction.

I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

Please look into below issue.

My loan account number is 63092975, as per lockdown due to Covid 19 and rbi instructions, ECS was presented on my ICICI bank account on 04/04/2020 and it was bounced.
I were already submitted online Moratorium request and accepted by HDFC bank.

Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 02/12/2019 in Imagine Mgf Metropolitan Mall gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in Imagine, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1808 without my concern on date:09/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
