Hi, i have got my salary account in hdfc bank and they have deducted 581 rs from my account as a mirevenue hold, because i withdrew money from other bank's atm.
Now we all know it's a tough time, and lockdown period. And there is no hdfc atm in one km radius from my home.
So we can not roam freely.
Now, as a responsible citizen, what do you expect? Should i find hdfc bank, or should i use the nearest atm?
I used nearest atm for my needs. And i am sure if lockdown extends, i have to do it again.
There is no choice i have.
In short i request you to please return my money. It's not like i did it willingly, it was an emergency for me.
Please consider my complaint/request.
