HDFC Bank — mis information & no help given. | |
Hi team, Im very upset about this situation and will never bank with hdfc ever again. I work with tech mahindra company and your credit card team was offering life time free card to employee's. After 3 months i received a sms that i have to pay 590. I contacted the same person who took my documents and assured of no charges. Still i had to pay. Now again i received another sms that 590 is due on 06/072019. Once again i contacted the same person for help, he answered my call once, said will check and get back to me. Its been more than 24 hours he has not called. When i call him he keeps disconnecting my calls. When i messaged him on whatsapp for help, he comes online updates his whatsapp status and chooses to ignore my messages. I want to take this further to the highest authority and complaint about this incorrect way for selling your products and giving fake promises of helping someone. Hope this is not given a deaf ear as your bank employee has done to me. I have been forced to pay another 590 for no reason. Its my hard earned money & not stolen from someone. P.
