[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Misuse of my debit card | |||||
I got a message as follows. "thank you for using hdfc bank debit card ending xxxx for rs. 9999 in mumbai atkFREECHARGE77252 on[protected]:17:04:06 How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs. If i called to hdfc customer care, they informed me it was from freecharge, but it's not. I have checked my freecharge accounts. It shows a security breach in hdfc bank debit cards.also i think hdfc is not safe for customers as this type of transactions done without customers or bank permission.
