[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money deducted from account but not dispensed by atm machine

I went for withdrawal of cash at bank of india atm, railway station, gwalior, mp. I entered the amount of rs. 5000.00 after completing the formalities of the atm. The process of counting the amount was in process in the atm meanwhile there was power cut in the atm and when it was restored after about 15 -20 minutes my money was not dispensed but deducted from my account.
