where is my fastag

It is has been 10 days i have ordered for fastag from hdfc netbanking portal. They have debited the money but there is no fastag ever delivered or any sms/email/tracking details for the matter of fact.
This is such shame being a bank that is mostly chosen by corporate people.
I have already dropped an email, if i don't hear back i'm gonna surely take all savings and mutual funds back and end the services with you.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 2515 without my concern, so i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and don't renewal.

ach debit charges

I am a hdfc bank customer (Salary account) since 4 years. I have car loan on going from hdfc bank itself.
Recently december 2019, i did not maintained sufficient balance for car loan. Therefore my my account went into minus which is acceptable, later on i ended up paying penalty charges as well which i had no problem at all.

But..

On 16.01.2020 bank debited inr 590/- from the account as ach debit return...

non receipt of fastag sticker

07 - jan-2020 i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site & application no alloted was hfr01324831though i made the payment, we received customer id[protected] and wallet id from your end, but still we are unable to receiving door delivery fas tag sticker, pls let me know the status door delivery

I have salary account in hdfc bank, vasant vihar road, urban state phase ii branch i left my previous job in january 2017 and sifted to chandigarh and already visited two times in branch for closing of my account and submited required document for same process but till dated my account not closed by branch. And they charged about 600 per quarter

Is there any solution or same process...

My name is ankur sharma, holding a credit card ending 6199. I paid my dues on time through netbanking but still you deducted 450+81 (Gst) as payment return charges. I am not ready to pay such unethical charges. So, resolve this issue. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. This is unfair and not acceptable. I want my amount back in my account....

fastag sticker not received

I have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 7th jan, 2020. After that i received wallet id and consumer id through sms from the bank. It also says my fastag is issued and recharged with rs. 200. But i am yet to receive the fastag sticker from the bank physically. The application process says it should arrive in 7 working days, which is already over....

A debit card is linked to a savings account. Hdfc bank forces a person to maintain a huge balance of rs10k. Then, they deduct a big sum of money as amc for the debit card.

A classic example of a daylight robbery. The bank slogan should be “make hay while the sun shines.”

hdfc fastag not received

Hdfc fastag not yet received... Really very bad service from hdfc bank.. Applied on 11dec2019, shipped to home by 25dec2019 without any intimation through sms or tracking no.. Since i was not available on that day, it returned back to bank... Still bank redispatching after contacting customer care with multiple calls.. Till now i didnt receive new tracking no or sms after redispatching... How a person know that whether it is redispatched...

hdfc fastag not received

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr01164171 and i have not received the same, as bank has considered the wrong adress but however bank says they have delivered.
There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number[protected] is not being attended. Approached branch for solution, even branch is unable to help.

I am a customer of hdfc credit card for a long time. I bought a samsung product costing 70698/-rs on 3 emis and have paid all the emis. At the time of purchase i was offered a cash back of 10%, which was to be credited in my card account in 90 days. But now it has been more about 102 days but the cash back has not been credited in my account.

For this i called customer care and logged a complaint...

On 09/01/2020 i maked a payment from debit card form hdfc swipe machine at ashoka mobile. Pune topurachase a product but later i cancel to buy that product. Shopkeeper give me a void transtion slip of 16000rupees then six day latter i contacted my bank asked about refund but they said the marchant climb the money
Please hdfc take a action agaist it or i have to go file a case. I attacing void slip copy...

hdfc fastag not received

I have applied for hdfc fastag on 20th dec 2019 and i have not received my fastag yet. Application ref. No. Hr[protected]. Please note that i'm a corporate customer.

On 23rd dec i got an email saying that hdfc fastag has been issues successfully. But i have not received anything so far and i didn't get any email or sms notification.
