[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money deducted from credit card and add in new visa card buy visa card not working | |||||
To, The payzapp support team I have rs 500 in my payzapp visa card through which i have been trying to do a mobile recharge since the past two days but all attempts have failed with the message "authentication failed". Same is the problem even if i try to transfer money to "paytm" and "free charge". I have tried nearly 40 times and yet getting the same reply authentication failed. Called your customer care to inquire about it and as per them i reinstalled payzapp but still all efforts are in vain. Kindly resolve the matter or else refund my money back in my hdfc credit card.
