[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — money deducted from my account but not credited

I was trying to transfer my money-INR.9642/- from HDFC bank to my SBI account on 04th Jan'19 through BHIM Axispay UPI. But the transaction was initially showing as "Pending"Later on 09th Jan'19 the Status in the UPI has changed as "Success"

The amount is neither credited in my SBI account nor reflecting in my HDFC Account. This is very critical for me, please reverse my account. My dad is a branch manager in my SBI Home Branch, I have also checked the Transaction details with him. But no trace of the particular Transaction.

I have also spoken to BHIM Axis Pay, they concluded that its only an UPI which cannot store money like wallets and to check with Credit/Debit Accounts.
