[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money deducted from my account but not credited | |||
I was trying to transfer my money-INR.9642/- from HDFC bank to my SBI account on 04th Jan'19 through BHIM Axispay UPI. But the transaction was initially showing as "Pending"Later on 09th Jan'19 the Status in the UPI has changed as "Success" Reference id- [protected] UPI[protected][protected]@AXISBANK[protected]TRANSFER The amount is neither credited in my SBI account nor reflecting in my HDFC Account. This is very critical for me, please reverse my account. My dad is a branch manager in my SBI Home Branch, I have also checked the Transaction details with him. But no trace of the particular Transaction. I have also spoken to BHIM Axis Pay, they concluded that its only an UPI which cannot store money like wallets and to check with Credit/Debit Accounts. Verified Support Jan 19, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have received TCC (Transaction Credit Confirmation) from the beneficiary bank on[protected] that the funds have been credited for this transaction.
