[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money not transferred to the account | |||
I transfer money 5000 & 3000 from PAYZAPP application to my account. the transactions no are[protected]aM00rS2 and[protected]uC63wF5 . but the amount is not transferred into my account. while from the application status is done as transfer ok. the transacton dates is[protected]. till date[protected] no payment is received into my account. plz look into the matter and get me notify where my payment is. Dear Sir,
I want to notify you that I am using Payzapp HDFC App to transfer money. And on date[protected], I transfered money Rs. 5000 & Rs. 3000 from PAYZAPP application to my SBI Account. The transactions no are[protected]aM00rS2 and[protected]uC63wF5 respectively. But the amount is not transferred into my SBI Bank account. The bank representatives of SBI also verified that no payment is received to my A/c. while the application status is done as transfer ok. The transaction dates is[protected]. And now till date[protected] no payment was received into my account. And no refund was also given to me by Payzapp. Please look into the matter and refund my Rs 8000/- as soon as possible.
