My HDFC salary account has been blocked since 22nd July when I requested a change for my mailing address.
The HDFC personnel from Bavdhan area Pune Branch visited twice to do the verification. I even received confirmation letters twice that my address has changed. Still my account is blocked. The bank staff keeps saying it will be done in the next few days, but it's still blocked
All my payments are stuck.
It's the worst situation for me. I never expected such challenges with a reputed bank like HDFC.
I have visited the bank at least 5 times, calling and texting everyday to find the resolution. The last update I got from the branch is that they have again sent my verification document and mailed the backend team to unblock my account.

I have submited online request for change my Address but due to any reason letter not received at my address, My account no.- [protected] has blocked by 15/01/25 & I am unable to withdraw fund from my Atm or any online (Net banking, UPI)
Then I have visited at HDFC nearest branch, they have initiated physical verification process at my given Address, & HDFC employee has completed my Physical Verification at my address by 17/01/26 & they told me, Account will be unblock by Monday 19th or Latest by 20th Jan Tuesday.
But Today 22/01/26 Still my a/c has not opened. I have only one account & facing many difficulties in my day to day activity.
Kindly help me on priority.
