My NetBanking is active but your Secure Access rights have got locked.
I have been told that 'The Secure Access service gets locked post incorrect answers to the questions or not being able to answer/give the correct verification." However, I am unable to modify the secure access change questions itself. I have been reaching out to the Bank and there is no positive response at all.

I was following steps to unlock and change questions, and even before going to OTP, I get a message saying that the secure access is blocked. How else can I get my account unlocked?

1. Login to your NET BANKING account
2. Go to TPT
3. Modify secure access
4. Change Question Answers and confirm via One Time Password (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number
