      I paid Rs. 95/- in cash by ticket no.3677389 on 1.12.2020, 11.05 am. On to khed shivapur toll plaza. And sms amount is deducted from my hdfc fast tag. Vehicle number.MH 21 AX 3008 .

      And your customer care number is always busy. So bad service.

        The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 589. as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

        The customer service is not able to give any info on this. And I have gone so many time to branch to make this clear and that amount will be clear From my account so that I'll will use my account as earlier but customer service in branch isn't helpful that's why I came to here. after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

          Hdfc bank people debited money from my account without my consent and it is showing fund trf dm. I deregistered the credit card five months before without any dues.. please resolve the issue.

              I can't express how much I got irritated just by taking a loan from HDFC, and I never refer to any of my closest ones to take any kind of loan from HDFC.

              They doesn't maintain our data securely, how come callers know that I paid 14 instalments and eligible for new loan.

              I am loosing my personal and professional calls because of this stupid and time waste calls.

              I would like to raise compliant on HDFC bank for sharing my personal details to other call centres, In return If I ask them how come they got my number they just say don't know.

              Daily I used to get 10-15 calls and after activating some DND for personal and credit card by google search, it reduced for some extent and again started.

              Its not the issue with me, my husband also face the same and want to question HDFC to answer me on how it revealed our personal details which is violating the rule of client privacy.

                I have received a message for a product I returned that the amount has been credited/reversed but the amount hasn't been reflected in the bank account and doesn't show up in transactions. I have been calling customer services and selecting all those specific options I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes now.

                    I raise complain in consumer forum because credit card ki loan customer ki marji ke bina pre close ki he. Upar se restructuring bhi nahi diya aur pura amount block kiya. Meri company me phone karke logo ko credit card ka bill baki he sabko bataya.Reply koi nahi de raha he.supreme court aur rbi ke rules ka anadar karke default kiya loan ko. Kyunki galat tarike se rules of lien apply kiya he. HDFC BANK LTD Loan restructuring application quote reference no[protected] mene apply kiya tha.Bank me mene sab kuchh bataya tha.Maine majburi batayi thi.uske according mene restructuring manga tha.taki mera emi short ho jaye. Lekin bank ne meri ek nahi suni upar se bola gaya ki aap pura amount pay kar dijiye.To manager ko itni bhi common sense nahi he ki jo admi ek hapta bhar nahi sakta he to wo pura payment kaise karega.Mera loan restructuring application acxcept karne ke baat reject kar di gay.aur mera reason genuine tha.Mere bank se jo baat hui thi uski recording bhi available he.yaha tak bola gaya tha ki aap ye ek credit card ka emi bhar do aapko ham restructuring karva dete he.Mene paise dusre se arrange karke payment kiya uske baad bahut baar bahut baar maine request ki restructuring ki .Jawab mila baat karti hu sir se.baat hui hi nahi upar se loan recovery agents ka itna harassment chalu ho gaya ki baat mat puchho.Aapka credit card ka emi baki he.jabki me meri condition bata chuka tha.fir bhi call karke heressment kar rahe the.message bhejte the ki agar aap payment nahi doge to Aapka cibil me daal denge.aapke ghar aur office address par recovery agent ki bhejenge.yaha tak ki mene credit card walo ne meri office pe daily phone karkeb haressment karna chalu kar diya.Jab un logo ko bola ki ye emergency number he yaha call mat kijiye.samne se jawab mila ham log to karenge hi karenge call.mere se baat hui me un logo ko proof manga ki aap muje proof bataiye ki mene aapko office ka number diya tha.Jab maine number diya nahi to office par kyu lagaya phone.sirf 1 emi bounce huva tha usme itna heressment.jabki reason maine batay tha.mere pass sabhi evidence he.Restructuirng application ka proof bhi he.HDFC bank ne puri tarike se RBI aur supreme court ke adesh ki dhajiya udadi he.Na muje loan restructuring diya upar se puri amount settle karne ko pressure kar rahe eh.Aur kal raat ke 9 baje ke baad mera account blocked kardiya gaya he without customer ko intimation diye bina mera amount (minus) -259010 kar diya gaya he wo bhi without any intimation and settlement.bank galati kare to chamtkar aur customer galti kare to hahakar.ye to clear cut partiality kar rahi he bank .sabhi proof me dene ke liye taiyar hu.Kaha kaha maine visit ki.sirf 1 emi bounce huva usme ye logne account blocked kar diya jiski majburi already explained thi.To me consumer forum se request karta hu ki HDFC bank par legally action le.Kyunki ab me lawyer karke legally tarike se manhani ka case bank par karne ja raha hu kyunki meri office me sabhi logo kobata diya he ki iski credit card ki loan ka emi nahi bhara he.Meri image ki dhajiya udadi.RBI ki guideline follow nahi ki bank ne.Maine Personal loan and credit card personal pe restructuring request dali thi jo accept kar di gayi thi.Na koi relpy de rahe he ki restructuring rejection huva ya accepted.upar se Emi bharne ka pressure kar rahe he.Supreme court ne bola tha kisiko bhi defaulter nahi karna he jab ki HDFC bank ne iski ghajiya uda di aur loan ko default kiya he.

                      Unethical Language - HDFC credit card collection person

                      I'm Bhargavi Bandhu have an HDFC account with customer ID 40553726. I have a registered HDFC credit card with this account.

                      We have a good track record for last 3 years in bill payments. We were never late or without paying the credit card bill payment. Since the lockdown there is no business to pay the outstanding due amount.

                      However, I tried to pay by paying minimum dues of amounts Rs. 8528/- for July and Rs. 9501/- for August. But I observed that more than half of the amount (Rs. 5111/-) is being incurred as finance charges and interests and Rs. 1000/- as GST. And I paid Rs. 60, 000/- at once. In this COVID-19 crisis, we are struggling a lot and not even able to fulfill our basic needs. I wonder how you bank people can be so ruthless and only profit oriented.

                      If this is the case and you people want to take all the minimum dues paid as finance charges, then perhaps I will never be able to completely pay back the actual principal amount, because whatever I pay is incurred as finance charges and interests.

                      I humbly bow down and request you to kindly waive off the finance charges (which I have already paid) for last two months and adjust that amount in the current dues.

                      I once again request that I will be able to pay the principal amount and not the finance charges. (Please consider my previous track record that each and every bill was paid on time)

                      I sincerely thank HDFC Bank for its support in times of need.

                      Now I couldn't pay as I ran out of my funds and no source of income as all my ways are shut down due to COVID.

                      Credit card collection department had been calling and I requested to waive off the interest charges after COVID lockdown where I didn't use my card even once after that and do the settlement.
                      But they are insisting on paying minimum due rather than settling my account.
                      This is very embarrassing situation. They were very much unethical and I experienced do or die situation.

                      I faced unethical language as I never cheated anyone for money and have ethics. I request for settlement and see to that I clear the amount excluding finance charges after Covid lockdown

                        I have done a wrong transaction of 15600/- on 2nd December 2020 at 7:00 pm and shop keeper had reverted same transaction with a void sale. It is now more than 5 days i have still not received my amount back.

                        I have initiated mail with bank and even after multiple follow ups I have not received any reply from their side.

                        Please look into this matter.

                            I made transaction through debit card on 30th November, an error occurred in page but amount 42619 debited from my account. one day later I received message from HDFC bank amount has been credited/reversed to my bank account.it's more than 6 days amount is still not reflecting in my bank account also no one is from phone banking or support have appropriate answer to this.
                            Please help.

                              Am not able to close my existing hdfc bank account. I visited the Nerul West branch of sector 6 for account closure. The front desk lady told me that I have my credit card linked to my account so not able to close it. So after few dYs with the help of customer care I successfully de linked my credit card. I even the same confirmation from customer carre. But despite this the Nerul branch lady told me that the card is still linked and not able to close the account. When she spoke with the credit card department of hdfc bank they both started arguing and finally that front desk lady told. Me to mail a letter with my own expense to the chennai credit card department. Am I joke to you guys hdfc? Stop playing and please close my account asap

                                  I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 05082020 and As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in ivenus they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                        As per the Bank's T&C, for using my Platinum Debit Card for making a payment, I should get certain rewards points.

                                        Now suddenly I saw that my points were debited from my account and it is showing as negative balance.
                                        I want you to look into the case and take action against HDFC bank.
