[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — My salary account blocked without a single notification

My salary account blocked without a single notification because of -VE CPV, House was vacated due to Covid Work from home and working from Native.
I am an HDFC bank account holder for the past 12 years and also using an HDFC credit card also many loans, Never delayed EMI or Credit card payment, and never paid a single Rupee as penalty for delay.
How come without a small notification blocked my account?
The following account was blocked on 8th March 2021 and submitted the EKYC document the very next day on Shimoga Branch and I am following up with them for the past 10 days, But Still not unblocked.
Now my credit card payment due date crossed, and many EMI missed. Now I need to reply with the penalty which I have never done before, Today is My salary day since the account blocked salary will not be credit to my account.
Who will be responsible for my loss due to your negligence and irresponsible culture?
People from the Chennai CPV team not responding to Shimoga Brach Deputy Manager[Raghu HC] Email, It’s very disappointing. The most IRRESPONSIBLE and the worst in customer service.
The bank team doesn’t know to whom needs to approach to resolve the issue.
