Hi team, I was holding a hdfc credit card which went to collection department due to non payment.in november 2017, i paid the amount at one of the hdfc bank near my area and provided me with noc. However, my cibil score/report does not seem to be updated or closed. Kindly assist at the earliest to help me get ndc letter and close the debt in my cibil report.
