[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negative balance

I have a salaried hdfc account for which i lost my debit card which i have reissued and they had charged me the re-issuance amount after which my balance went to -438 and my salary came on 31st of dec 2018 and they where showing -7500 has been deducted why and where from and what kind of charges are made with in 10 days of that high amount and moreso over my closing balance is shown something and my available is showing something else.

We would like to inform you that there is an outstanding charge [AMB, Insta alert etc...] on your account to be recovered. Hence we request you to maintain a sufficient balance in your savings account or transfer the same so that the charges can be recovered. For further assistance on your outstanding charges, we request you to visit your account branch. Further, there is amount blocked towards non-payment of credit card outstanding.
