I applied for hdfc loan on 12 dec 2018.

Approved date: 15 dec 2018
An hdfc agent promissed me below quotations for personal loan.
Principal : 1, 00, 000 rs.
Tenure: 12 months
Emi: 8800 rs.
Roi: 10.99%
Charges: 1% of principal amount (I. E. 1000 rs. Exclusive of gst)
However, i was charged extra (Rs 1309) by the bank without prior intimation, as below.

Received amount:96337 rs.

Emi: 8897 rs.
Roi: 12.25%
Charges: 2% of principal amount (I. E. 2359 rs. Inclusive of gst) + rs. 1309 (Unknown)

After my application, an hdfc executive called for verification and informed me that the the roi would be 13.99% and pf 2% (I. E. Rs. 2359) inclusive of tax.
At that point i asked the exec to cancel the loan as it was higher than what my agent quoted.
Now, the agent calls me and assured me that he will talk to the bank and ask to lower the roi.
The exec calls me and tells me that they can lower the roi to 12.25%, but i will have to pay rs. 5000 as insurance along with 2% pf.
At which point i rejected the offer and asked to cancel the application again.
On informing this to the agent, he calls me again and tells me that he talked to the exec and the bank agreed to drop the insurance amount.
And i would now have to pay at roi 12.25%, pf rs. 2359 for principal amount 1lakh for 12 [protected]@emi 8897 rs/month, for which i helplessly agreed to as it was very urgent.
Now, after a day, i get an sms from hdfc that my loan amount of rs 1lakh has been disbursed (Without any final verification from bank). But, the amount that i received was rs. 96337.
On asking the agent on why amount of rs. 3663 was deducted from the loan amount, when the pf fee was just rs. 2359.
On which the agent said that the that amount is compulsory deducted as insurance (Rs. 1309 in this case).
Kindly look into this matter, as this is required from hdfc bank part to compulsorily inform the customer regarding all the charges incurred in providing the loan.
This does make me feel cheated from the bank side and the agent side. As they are using customer's urgency to their advantage and making the customers helplessly accept their expensive final offers.
