I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2042 without my concern on date:20.12.18. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

      I have done shopping from amazon on[protected] and total amount of rs. 5148.00 (4499.00+649.00) and after few hours i cancel my order.
      Amount of rs. 4499.00 was reflated on my credit card but amount of rs. 649.00 is not reflated i call amazon and hdfc. Amazon customer told me that your refund is processed from my side you can call hdfc, when i call hdfc he told me that we can't find any transaction of rs. 649.00 you can call your amazon customer to initiate your refund.
      Amazon give me a refund ref no.
      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 036684.

        I have salary account with Hdfc. I lost my job. Now I would like to close my account, bank employee is telling account is having -2900/-. If I pay negative value then only they will close my account.

          I'm new user of hdfc credit card. I one assist service activated without my permission

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1, 399.00/-
          And also activated its emi. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it will happens again then i will cancel my credit card.
          Kindly refund in my credit card account.

          I have create many call and compalint for this.
          They will say it will be cancle but not refund money.
          I want ot support in bank end. And did'nt want to call and compaint in one assist.

            My name ananth loan number 33446291. Had first spoken to urgent customer care he told the amt being 11813rs. When we had gone to ur bank dept in r s puram coimbatore ur staff is saying customer care are not permanent staff. They are only collection staff ganga dharan was the person who is giving all false news. Sayin customer care is all bill # they dont know anyting any loan status. He can they guide u. Side by sittin raja rajeswari is playingwith mobile and talking all unwanted. And not giving proper response but all chit chatting one another and playing the fool around. This is customer service. I have lost of vehicle in spite of tat want to clear all my outstanding. But not giving any proper reply.

            Ur customercare had told. They is a possible of wavier once u produce the fir copy. But the same in branch loan dept is talking all unwantednd say wrong abt ur own staff. And giving all false news. And all staff busy playing fool around and not attending to customer properly.

                cashback not received

                Hi
                I have bought some item on 15th august using my hdfc debit card under hdfc smart buy offer, where they have mentioned to give me 10% cashback after 3 months. But i haven't received my cashback till yet.

                I am trying to reach the bank call center but they are not available.
                I have raised the complaint using email around 15 days ago but not received any response from them till yet.

                There were two transactions done on my credit card on sunday 15th dec amounting to approx 3 lakh 27 thousand. I immediately informed the hdfc back who blocked my card and requested me to fill a dispute form and send it to there dispute department.

                I filled it and send it but post that i have not got any response from their end inspite of repeated reminder mail. All i got from them is a reference number.

                Now its been two weeks but no response from hdfc team. I was told that this will be settled in 10 days.

                I tried calling their helpline who say that they do not handle dispute issues.

                Pls note that i have not lost the card. Its still with me. Since somebody maliciously used it for an international transaction it did not even sent an otp.

                  I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 58250 using hdfc credit card. As per the offer, i was supposed to get 5% cashback but haven’t received it yet.

                  More than 3 months have passed now, no idea when will i get it.

                  Is hdfc bank cashback offer a fraud in general?

                  Whom to trust then?

                  I have already tried them through emails and calls but no resolution.

                        I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                        1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i don't have a debit card

                        2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                        Customer service is very poor when compared to other banks. I'm disappointed

                          I work and reside at Bangalore and I have purchased a policy from HDFC Life Insurance with details as follows:
                          Application No.:[protected] | Premium: INR 31350
                          Plan: HDFC Life ClassicAssure Plus | UIN: 101N089V04

                          An insurance advisor from HDFC Life named "Mr.Manikandan" from Chennai contacted me before 3 months based on my HDFC credit card usage. He was continuously following me for the past 3 months. He convinced me to purchase the above mentioned product saying me that HDFC offers No Cost EMI if I purchase the policy using my credit card or company will give me 5% cashback offer. Trusting his words and his lady senior manager (not sure who she was), I paid the premium amount for the product in online using HDFC portal. 2 days after I noticed that there was interest charged in my credit card account. Next day I got a verification call from HDFC and based on the conversation with the representative I noticed that the company doesn't provide any such offer. Also instead of collecting the filled in form directly, he was asking me to take a printout, fill, scan and send the form back. He was also asking me to send the scanned copy of my signature alone so that he will fill other details. Based on these incidents, I made a call to HDFC Life customer care and enquired about it. They were so lethargic and they asked me to contact the same advisor back. Now he is not responding to my calls. When I sent a mail to HDFC Life to cancel my policy and refund the money back, they are asking to provide so many documents. I can't understand why the customers should feel stress because of these cheating people from HDFC. Let me see how this issue goes on.

                            Two times payzap deduct my act but recharge not done in Airtel DTH. Airtel confirms no recharge took place even transaction I'd was given by Payzap. Airtel say it's third party and couldn't do any thing. Request you only plz return back my amount. Total sum of rs 420. Rs 100 on date 07.12.2018 at 7:49 PM. And rs 320 on date 22.12.2018 at 9:54 PM.

                              My hdfc debit card ending in xx2975 was lost/stolen today[protected] and within 15-20 min, it was compromised and somebody debited rs 32500.
                              We are utterly shocked how somebody tried out the right pin and debited all money.
                              We have filed a fir police complaint for this.
                              We are looking for a quick action from hdfc on this and helping this account to recover this money back, as soon as possible.

                                Sir i was fraudulently online misguided by ashok pradhan mobile number [protected] with his email i'd ashok. [protected]@india.com and by nandini [protected] who made me to purchase three policies fraudulently by assuring some good returns. I never got the returns.
                                The details of hdfc life classic assure plus is as under:

                                Hdfc life classic assure plus policy number 20079826 in the name of sakshi bisht date of birth 08/11/2002 date of commencement 12/02/2018 for 93, 780. Agent sridhar insurance broker pvt ltd, address 2.1 1st floor, sarah jullena, new friends colony, new delhi, code: 00659857, license number: 212, contact number[protected].
                                Sir i registered an online complaint on 15/10/2018 on [protected]@gmail.com with my complaint as gbic - 307429qr. I got a phone call from them that all my money would be refunded back to me if i would do a minimum policy amount so that the insurance company do not suffer a loss. I then invested on the following policy:
                                Bharati axa life pos saral bachat yojna policy number[protected] for first premium of rs 26125.05. Agent arijit prasad roy. Broker code:235755. Broker name mercury insurance broker pvt ltd. Phone number [protected]/215. [protected]@jaininsurance.in

                                Sir please help me. I want the refund of my money as i was fraudulently misguided first by the agents impersonating as official agents of icici prudential and then again by the insurance council agents. Please help as to how can i recover my money. Thanks. Can my policy of hdfc be refunded. Sir i am already having three policies with your company for which i am regularly depositing the premium. I can't afford to pay the next premium. Please refund my amount. I was fraudulently misguided. My faith towards your company will be further strengthened. Thanks. Please help.

                                  I purchased an Apple iPhone 8 Plus on 3rd March under the 'valentine's day 10000 cashback offer'. ​as per the offer a cashback of 10000 was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.

                                  But my cash back has not been credited to my card or my bank account. It's already 180 days since my purchase. Please look into the matter, and release my cashback.
