Hello,
Hdfc bank service is worst. I have not seen these type of service from any branch for long now. If you go to branch they say they don't have any inform related to hdfc crdit card. If you call the customercare, they are also have no idea.
Issue : i want to upgrade to a new upgrade card. As my present card is expiring. I went to the hdfc bank branch, thubarahalli, bangalore for query they had no information. I called the customer care service. They also have no information. Lucky, i got the information from icici bank on they new offers and other details through phone, so i am going to icici bank credit card. After using the hdfc card for so long, i have understood, the worst service and disrespect to which they speak. Without my knowlegde, they have demoted my card from allmiles card to moneyback card (Newly issued, without my conciseness).
When i call the hdfc comsumer call.. They were not willing to take the complaint. The hdfc bank service is worst. They deactived my credit card without my conscience

We assure you that the Bank is committed to providing superior products to our customers and as the All miles credit card variant is phased out, your card ending 4623 was converted to a Money back credit card ending 9721. On receipt of your post, we have reviewed our records and wish to share the following clarification with you. We wish to inform that request for an upgrade will be reviewed periodically based on the usage and payment pattern on the card account. We regret to inform that we are currently unable to review the card upgrade request at this point of time as which is due to subject to various internal parameters and guidelines. We request you to continue using on your credit card for all your shopping and entertainment needs and provide us with more opportunities to serve you. We are disappointed to understand that you are contemplating to discontinue your credit card relationship with us. Your relationship is important to us and we request you to reconsider your decision of closing the card account giving us an opportunity to be of continuous service to you.

Updated by Harsha Nagaraj Hello, How can i use the card when you have deactivated it without my knowledge... HDFC is worst bank...I called consumer care...and record the discussion..they are not taking the complaint...from branch and also using consumer care from phone...too arrogance and careless... without i receiving the new card, my old card is deactivated...and no complaint taken..

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
