[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Negative balance in my account | |||||
I am pravee patel. My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). I logged into my account and i see that i have rs -8, 349.1 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. According to rbi it is illeagal. My account has been deducted with ₹1000/- after I paid through paytm.I purchased my things in paytm but after paid money through debit card, the money has been deducted i.e, ₹1000/- from my account .so please ensure me to return my money back as early as possible .This is kind request .
