HDFC Bank — Netbanking Locked

I've called HDFC customer support in May regarding a fraud transaction. They then blocked my Netbanking/UPI/Debit Card. Now when I called customer care again to unlock my Netbanking they asked me to go to the nearest bank which I did. They asked me to fill a form, I received a new debit card but still I am not able to access my Netbanking no matter how many times I reached out to Nearest bank and customer care. When I try to submit complaint it says invalid Reference number even I entered the number you sent on my email. Not sure why you sent me Invalid Complaint Reference Number.
