I have taken loan in YesBank. For that I did signature on the form for enabling the auto debut on every month. But I got the below message.
"Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to YES BANK RETAIL ASSET with value Rs.26239 and frequency ADHO was rejected due to the reason 'Drawers Signature Differs' received today for processing."
I dont why it is getting rejected. I have applied for twice. Twice it was rejected. But the signature is correct and I withdrawn the money also with same signature. So please accept this ADHO reference number.

    Sir,
    The loan for my vehicle is cleared long back. But the bank didn't issue us the NOC stating that they have blocked the NOC because a card is registered in my mother's name. Is it possible to block the car's NOC. What link does it have with the card. The loan is cleared can they blick the NOC. The loan was cleared back in 2009

      I, Sumit Kumar, am your customer and currently holding a valid credit card no. [protected]

      I want to inform you that multiple fraudulent transactions have happened on my card and Rs.16000 has been debited from my card on 22/9/2020 at 11:08 am, without my knowledge. Details are given below.

      As the aforementioned transaction has not been done by me and has happened without my knowledge, I am of the firm belief that it is a fraud and hence I am not liable to pay this amount. Kindly ensure that not paying this amount will not impact my CIBIL or any other credit score, in any case whatsoever.

      I have been trying HDFC, its been more than two weeks yet I am getting no solution. By being helping me out through this trouble, HDFC yet sending me mails like this fraud transactions are done by me.

      Being as a first time customer of HDFC, I am highly disappointed by the standard of services are being provided to customers. I would request and ask HDFC to look after this issue and kindly get it resolved .

          We were in discussion with HDFC bank for commercial property loan in Mar 2020. But due to covid situation we cancelled the plan for purchasing the property and in consequence the loan application as well. The loan application was partially filled and not submitted when we cancelled it. Still, before the submission of the application the HDFC agent took the processing fee with GST and this was debited from our account even without the completion of the entire application submission. Since May 2020, we are requesting the refund of this amount 44250 rupees constantly with HDFC (Navi Peth, Pune) employees at various levels via phone and emails in vain. After raising grievance complaints on the HDFC portal, one of the employee took more than a month and concluded to pay only 12500 rupees and deduct 5310 rupees as administrative expenses.
          Kindly look into this issue asap.
          Please refund our entire amount of rupees 44250 which was wrongly deducted without the process completion.

          We have received the amount against the loan application file numbers[protected],[protected] but with the deduction of administrative expenses and GST amount.
          This deducted administrative expenses and GST amount should also be given to us because :
          1. The HDFC policy mentions that the processing fee amount (administrative expenses and GST ) will be cut only if the HDFC decides to accept/reject the application or due to incorrect documents. But in our case, we cancelled the half filled loan application even before the documents were submitted. So, the application was never submitted in the first place and the documents never verified in this case. So, the policy conditions are not applicable in our situation.
          2. We are yet to receive any GST bill receipts from the HDFC agents. If, in case, the GST was already submitted, we would be able to consult with the concerned government authorities and get the deducted amount back.
          3. The concerned agent should have specifically informed initially about the money deductions if we cancel the application prior to submission. The agent did not inform us about any such consequences.

          HDFC processing fee is the biggest fraud the company is running. Pl return my money.

            The humble request is that our car loan account no.66796143 loan is running from your bank, so for some reason the Mortorim has not been received and 6 months installment remains.
            Therefore, you are requested to extend the loan time otherwise the installment will be extended till the completion of 6 months installment so that the record and affiliation is good.

                I have joined as a software employee for a MNC company, where HDFC bank was provided as the salary account. I had to then choose HDFC bank and I have signed the documents for opening my salary account.
                Later after 1 year I have noticed that without my knowledge or concern Demat account and trading account was opened and when I checked the detail documents which I signed for opening the account while joining the company, the signature was not mine on demat form. clearly the signature doesn't matches with mine.
                The same day I went to the bank regarding the issue and they had raised a complaint, its been 2 months since there is no response, however demat account was closed but the money which HDFC has deducted from account on the name of demat charges is not yet reversed. The bank demat manager is giving lame reasons for this issue and asking me not to complain to anyone.
                Doing forgery of signatures that too by a bank employee is much offensive issue, if the bank employees them itself does this then I really doubt if our money is safe?

                  In August 2020, my credit card expired and the bank tried to send me a renewed credit card. However, I recently changed my address, the card hadn't been delivered to me and returned back to the bank at Chennai. I have called the customer care and they suggested to drop a message to the mail box customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. I have sent an email, but got no response.

                  Please assist me to get the renewed credit card to my present address.

                    I have opened an insta account online for HDFC debit card...and the kyc is completed through a video call...the bank branch at my location says it is not complete and they will not say when the debit card will arrive... please help.

                          Customer care service is very very bad.i called the customer service number and kept on entering the details asked by the autimated voice.but they in the end it simply replied that it cannot solve my issue due to covid 19.such a lame excuse.how can they avoid customer problems with such simple excuses.

                            I have ordered and item and cancelled it before arriving.i have made the payment using my hdfc bank account.its been 15 days but i didn't recieve the refund.i contacted amazon they sent me a reference number indicating the issue of refund.but bank has not sent me refund till now.i am not able to contact hdfc.it is very difficult to contact hdfc to solve issues.

                                I had done transaction of 68800/- on 2nd Oct 2020 at 2:50 pm and shop keeper had reverted same transaction within 5 minutes ... It about 48 Hours passed and still i have not received my amount back.

                                I have initiated mail with bank also and even after multiple followups i have not received any feedback from their side.

                                  A few months back I lost my HDFC Regalia credit card and promptly blocked it. The customer care person said they would send a new credit card which I have still not received.
                                  Now they want to charge me for canceling the new card which I've never received. I cannot get into touch with a single phone banker who can help. This is absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
