[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — new debit card is not delivered even if the address is updated

Hello, this is one of the customer of hdfc bank. New debit cards are issues but it never reached us. I have updated the address in hdfc online with adress proof but no response for the same.
I tried alot to contact the customer care service but its answering machine always. Its very disappointing that such a good bank have such a pathetic contct service. I feel helpless and i receive the msgs daily regarding card undelivered and if further it is not delivered it will be destroyed.
What m i suppose to do now?

Dear Sir
we take top up of auto loan in nov 2018 but till date we not recieved form CHG-01. last date for submitt return to roc only 30 days from date of loan
