Hi my self satish kumar. I have a account in hdfc bank. My salary cheque had bounced by bank for date issue. I submit cheque 12 feb 2019, till now i don't recive my bounce cheque. I went to 3 times branch where i submited my cheque at mira bagh branch delhi. Now finally they provide me at trak no [protected]. But i don't know how to check it. So pls help me what is the solution it....

I applied for credit card, a person came and collected all the documents and assured me that i will get the credit card in 10 working days. I received on call verification and a text declaring that the application is completely approved. Now when i am tracking the status, it displays status = declined.

The person who collected the document is not picking the call, i am not getting any response, have been trying various numbers...

Without my confirmation through mail or phone call depository charges deducted from my account of rs580.

Same thing happedned last year and they deducted 6000 rs. Later they denied to refund. So i informed them to close the demat account and should not deduct ammount.

But this time i have balance of rs 580 only and the same is deducted from my account....

I have taken personal loan from hdfc, which is almost going to complete by aug 2019. But last 3-4 months they started playing with ecs issue, for that even i am keeping money in my account they charging late payment.

Also even after i paid also suddenly ecs working and deducting money again. While return they deduct the fine and returning it....

I called customer care for deactivatijg my credit card, as i have nil payment due.
But not getting any response from them and yet my card is active.

Please work towards my issue on priority basis.

Sir, i have made a withdrawal of r's. 3000 on 13/03/2019 19:11 from hdfc bank atm of shankar nagar, nagpur.
The said amount got deducted from my account but cash not dispensed. When i enquired this to the security personnel available at atm, he told me to wait for 1hr, amount will get reversed to your account. Msg received from my bank is as follows.

Iam customer for hdfc bank i cleared my personal loan and credit card dues with hdfc bank on november 2018. Though i cleared the loan and dues, in cibil it is still reflecting as "writeoff" raised disputes multiple times in cibil. For credit card cibil is saying as hdfc need to be done from their end. 45 days of time is already completed. Still it is in "writeoff" status this is impacting my cibil score badly....

Kindly reverse the amount of rs 3099 which was unauthorised transaction which was not done by me but this amount has been debited from my credit card for a scanning app for which i did not subscribe. Kindly help me to resolve my problem at the earliest for which i have already launched a complaint with the customer care and the complaint no is [protected]...

I did't receive the amount which is deducted even after transaction is declined in reliance trend shopping on 27th feb 2019. I waited till today, then also i didn't get refunded.. Am very unhappy about this hdfc bank. Even i tried to contact the customer service still i didnt get the line connected with the related person.. So many process to follow......

My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). I see that i have rs -7000 approx in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing...

Still not eligible for debit card emi while paying on flipkart, amazon via my debit card. This is not fair. While i can see i am eligible for consumer durable and debit card emi loan with pre-approved limit of rs.65000 on my netbanking offers section. Already called customer service regarding this issue but they do nothing, mailed them also many times.
Do the needful immediately.....

Chq no 555140 amount 259471 gone missing by hdfc bank hewitt road, lucknow branch. The instrument was deposited on 7th march 2019 at approx 7:00pm in the drop box of atm attached with the branch and the manager is saying that is not my responsibility that the cheque has gone missing since it was dropped in the drop box. Is the drop box not a part of bank? I will take legal action against the bank for harassing my father and me....

Without my knowledge they were processed insta loan using my credit card. I made call to the customer care and my personal banker, they were confirmed some issues in the systems. They were given confirmation like will revert all the loan related transactions including gst, but the gst amount got deducted from my credit card. Why i need to spend the gst amount with out using the money.
