Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3690 without my permission on date:07/05/2019 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- please refund..

    Open challenge to all hdfc bank staffs
    I received from mail miss. Dhanalakshmi. Her reply is fraudulent one. I again and again ask to produce source of letter. She safe guard the criminal staff linked to mafia gang targeting non operating account. If she is perfect branch manager gently produce the source of letter.
    I am an accountant in private concern. I confidently assure that no chance by any legal agency give freezing order. Further i assure no such source of letter in your file. You can confirm. The branch manager and predecessor attempted to retrieve it and resulted in vain. But years passed and my problem unresolved. I place open challenge all including branch staffs that no body produce source letter. Freezing is illegal and abuse of my right to operate my account.

I have provided him the details and asked him to please come to me for the signature but he himself signed my fake signature and applied to the bank.       actually, the bank employee ritesh srivastava dont give me application no also.he said i dont have your application no.we are not allowed for this.1st application i applied on 16th of april.2nd one is may be 24th of april and 3rd one is 2nd of may.all application signed by ritesh.today i applied by online.and the hdfc employee came to my office and signed all doccument.and give me the application number also.actually ritesh tried to apply credit card from my account with a fake sign.its a fraud case.i want to justify as soon as possible

        Hdfc agent fraudulently sold 4 hdfc life insurance to my father-in-law, mr ashok bhise, jaipur (Rajasthan) saying that only one time payment is required as the time of purchase of policy. However now hdfc life insurance company claims that for consecutive three years the premium should be paid.
        My father in law does not understand english properly and failed to understand the contents of the form of policy before signing it.
        Pl help and guide me about the procedure to lodge complaint in this matter.

          I, Nikhil shah has been charged with Rs. 3776.22/- along with Igst of Rs. 679.72/- twice (Total Amount 8911.88/-) dated 29/03/2019 for using the priority pass along with one additional person on 28th jan 2019 and 09th feb 2019.

          In respect of above transaction I am having 2 query:

          1st on the said dates I have used by credit card for lounges instead of priority pass.
          2nd on such days I was traveling alone why same has been charged for 2 person .

          In respect of above query you are requested to provide necessary documents as a proof for the genuineness of the said charges else you need to wave of the said charges.

          I have updated all the details along with the credit card statement in my the 1st mail. Also i have requested for the reversal o[censored]nnecessary false charges in HDFC customer care whose ref id is:[protected] wherein they have agreed to reverse Rs. 1888.11/- (Excluding GST) where as excess amount charged is Rs. 8911.88/-

          Kindly arrange to reverse the entire amount debited or else proof the genuineness of the said transaction.

                    I have made the hdfc cc payment through axis bank visa transfer on 4th may for the amount of 38500 however the amount is still not credited to my credit card.

                    I checked with axis bank and they have said that the amount is successfully debited from my account. Could you please check and confirm why the amount is still not reflecting?

                      I purchased an hdfc life sampoorna samridhi insurance plan with policy no[protected] and my client id[protected]. While taking the policy one female representative at the hdfc sector 16 panchkula explained the policy to us and explained that the payout at the end of the policy would be 3.5 lakhs. Now when we checked that person has resigned from hdfc.

                      I have paid all 5 installments of the premium of rs. 50, 000 each making it rs. 2.5 lakhs. My policy has matured in december 2018. After maturity hdfc officials is saying the maturity amount will not be 3.5 lakhs but around 2.5 lakhs!! Why would anyone put money in a scheme that does not give any interest!!

                      Further, somehow hdfc has got my email id wrong in their records and because of this reason they say that they are unable to refund my money. I also have an hdfc savings account for last more than 7 years. My insurance payouts were made out of this hdfc savings account to hdfc life. I am not in the country and hdfc is refusing to transfer my maturity amount to my hdfc account. Such transfer in my mind needs no further verification. I am only telling them to transfer the maturity amount to the account from which installments were received. Why is that a problem?

                      This is appointing & trust revoking for a listed company. I am an attorney and i will explore other options if my requests are not responded to.

                          Dear team,
                          I am having personal loan account[protected] with hdfc bank ltd, emi debit date and amount are every month of 7th and 7198/-, on 07/04/2019 maintained the 15000/- in my account but instead of debiting on 7th apr, bank presented the ecs on 08/04/19. Ecs got returned on 8th apr 19, for that no information given by the bank officials. They started collecting the charges of 2100/-. Without any prior information here i given the detailed statement for all transactions done by the hdfc bank ltd. Here my questions and solutions.

                          1. Why they debited 08th instead of 7th?
                          2. Why there is no prior information for presenting the ecs other than regular date?
                          3. Why ecs presented multiple times?
                          4. Why 2100/- charged 25% of emi amount debited in my account without prior information?
                          I need all my ecs charges, i faced so much difficult, when swiped card to fill fuel in the middle of journey same has declined due to insufficient balance on 09/05/19, ecs presented on apr and returned on apr, they are charging continuously from apr to may without any notice.
                          Need my fund and sufferings caused due to your reckless debits.

                              Respected madam/sir,

                              This mail is regarding my mother raman manocha.in your previous mails you have sent me all usage details but nobody talked about harassment for which i made a complaint.

                              On 9th may, 2019 your executive varun along with your recovery agent jaiswal came at my place. Again there was a threat which my mother faced.

                              Varun your executive gave a threat "bete ko bolo mujhe call kare warna 12th ko police aake paise nikalvayegi aur uske phone ke call detail main nikal vaunga aur sabko call karke bataunga ki bank ka paisa nahi derahe"

                              Now is this legal in hdfc norms? I guess according to rbi, bank has no authority to threat this way. We are not criminals that you people are crossing your limits.

                              My mom got faint around 9pm because of this threat.

                              Now i want justice on this threat, you are doing illegal things and then blaming us.

                                  I applied for credit card on 8 february 2019, and i received an e-mail from credit card department of hdfc bank to send my salary slip and other relevant documents i sended them through speed post and also that post received by hdfc bank as i track that speed post. M y application reference number is dcc[protected].
                                  Your online portal showing "application under review" since 26/03/2019. I want to know when my credit card dispatch.
                                  What ia about your police of 21 days.

                                    Recently (January-2019) one of the executive (Staff) of hdfc called and offered me life time free amc credit card and a credit card was sent to my address through courier (Jan-19). Last month (April -19), another executive of hdfc bank called and told me that 1000 rupees is amc for my credit card but i told her that this life time free amc cc. But she insisted that i need to pay amc if i wanna use that card otherwise asked me to block the card after clearing pending emi. I don't know how can they issue a card saying life time free and asking amc? I am unable to contact the hdfc customer care number as it's not working properly. I request the management to solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                    We confirm that, your card account was issued as a Life Time Free card subject to activation of M/s. Smartpay in your card account within 90 days of card issuance. However, your request for registration was not processed due to "invalid biller details". In the absence of your registration, your credit card remained as a priced card.

                                      I had transferred rs2500 to my hdfc bank account number [protected] and they had holded the amount of rs 1415 and after writing complaint mail they deducted the whole amount. They said this was a zero balance account. And the amount was holded without notifing me and also took away my money without any concent. They have done fraud. Help me here is the details;

                                        I recently got my current account created at hdfc anantnag through csc vle program.
                                        My welcome kit was forwarded by hdfc however it was not delivered to me rather i got a main from hdfc that due to some. Adress issue the welcome kit has been returned to the hdfc anantnag branch and i can collect it from there, but for my utter shock the officials at hdfc anatnag denied the claim outrightly and told me it is not here but somewhere else.
                                        I want to know where is my welcome kit and what kind of professionalism is this?
