My customer id is[protected]. My current account open on feb 2018. My account open through only one proof ie gst tin but still hdfc bank forget to add gst and now i am not able to get gst credit.
Still it is possible by correcting invoice but for it required gst consultant or ca help but my bank person are not helping only.
Can resolve problem by sept 2019 as import bill is on august and september 2018

    Hdfc credit card has hold my funds even i have made the settlement for the credit card i have used or i have paid more than i have spent, and my credit card is also blocked from last 2 years still they have hold my funds
    They deducted my whole salary without intimation

      I called hdfc credit card customer care and after pressing 20-30 digits i got the opportunity to speak with the customer care. I requested them to change my billing cycle as the existing billing cycle is not suitable for me. They told me that i can't change my billing cycle and that for any change i have to write to chennai office.
      Where is the flexibility and customer sarisfaction? Icici and all other cards offer flexibility while hdfc offers address of chennai office.
      I have been using hdfc bank credit card for 4 years and still my request for payment cycle change has not been entertained.in this age of digital transformation you are asking your customer to fill a form and send it to chennai office.

        I have been trying to reset my password but i am not receiving any otp on mail. Since i don't have a debit card i can't use any other method to reset my password.

        There were two options, either enter otp sent to mail and as sms to registered mobile number or enter otp sent as sms to registered mobile number and debit card details. Since i don't have a debit card i selected the option enter otp sent to registered mobile but i am not receiving any otp on mail even after so many tries.

          Hi,
          I have been using money back credit card since last 1 year. I was lured to take credit card by offering me lifetime free membership. I asked them thoroughly that is there any hidden term and condition for which i will be charged. They cleary denied that i will never be charged for my membership. This month i saw in my credit card statement a transaction of 500 rupees in addition to rs.90 cgst for membership renewal fees. Since the words from my bank are now broken, i feel the strong urge to make them correct this as per the offer they gave me. I request bank to turnoff this transaction and not charge me for the membership fees.
          Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

However, the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs. 50, 000.00. Our records indicates that you have not used the card for transactions as per the spend criteria. We regret our inability to accede your request for reversal. We request you to use your credit card for the aforesaid spend limit to get the renewal fee waiver on future renewals.

            Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, but due to some contingencies i am not able to pay entire amount on the spot. I have paid many installment as per instruction given by the hdfc person and they did nt fullfill their commitment, i have called so many time to them but they are not picking phone.. Whenever i request to pay outstanding amount through emi and request for settlement they, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

                I have the dinner club international clubmiles hdfc credit cards, it was said it was free at the time taking the card, but now it is charged with renewal membership fee, so cancel my card at the earliest i will not pay any fees. If it was told to me that renewal membership fee will be their after one year or so, i would have not taken the credit card it self, hence i d'not want the credit card itself, cancel it off

                  I took the hdfc 6 month emi and they told that there wont be any charges extra and gave a visa card. Now they send a bill of 590/- for no reason saying first year membership fee. Please check this and clear the matter. We dont want to continue with these false promises. Please clear this issue with future customer. If it not resolved we dont want to continue with hdfc.

                  We observe that the card has been issued as a priced card based on the MID (Most Important Document). According to the MID, the card will be converted to Lifetime free card upon activation of Payzapp and making PayZapp transaction within 90 days. We observe that there was no PayZapp transaction on the credit card with 90 days and hence the card continued to be priced card. Therefore membership fee has been levied.

                      I am defense salary person holding account with your bank since 2011,
                      I got a car loan[protected] of amount 3, 37, 500/- in nov 2013 and same was completed in nov 2018 without any failure of payment.
                      Again i got a used car refinance loan of amount 3, 38, 000/- in oct 2018 for which i am paying regular emi without any failure, and paid approx 50, 000 interest in 15 emi,
                      Now i want to foreclose my loan amount but you are asking 4% foreclosure charge which is approx 8, 000 and the total interest left is approx 22, 000/-
                      Sir my request to please waive off my foreclosure charge so that i can paid left amout,

                          I have swiped my debit card at chunniwala patna on march, 6, 2019.
                          After swiping my card i got a debit message of amount 17800. But simultaneously transaction failed receipt was generated at chunniwala shop machine.
                          Therefor i have swiped my card again for the same amount of 17800.
                          This time receipt of acknowledgement had been received.
                          I have lodged my complaint in pnb bank as well to refund this amount asap.

                              Today i have done the payment of jumbo loan through the online link received from hdfc bank. Money got debited from my saving account but didn't got credited in jumbo loan account [acct no - [protected]]. Payzaap transaction id is[protected]. I called customer care but they are not responding properly and asking me to call different different customer care numbers saying we don't have this data please call to another customer care.                                 I got a call from hdfc life ms nandani sharma (Protected) stating that some agent bonus is left unclaimed and people are claiming against you. To claim that i need to take a policy and deposit rs 35000/- as annual premium one time and this premium amount along with the vested agent bonus will get added and settled in 28th june 2019.
                                However, today again got a call from her reference one mr vivek sharma (Hdfc life category dept) called up and stated that hdfc life has launched extra 3 categories like silver, golden and diamond offer and if i wish to enhance the benefit to the tune of 120% to get into golden and further 120% to get into diamond and by this way can earn approx rs 8lakhs for this i need to pay amount of rs 1.27lakhs as deposit which is refundable and will be paid along in june.

                                However, i have received a policy from hdfc life which looks more of fake and would like to cancel and get the refund of the deposit done.

                                  Cancellation of one assist membership

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card without my concern dated on 26/02/2019.

                                  Also last year itself i asked one assist customer care to cancel this plan through customer care phone call and they chad confirmed to cancel it. Still the plan is getting renewed. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

                                  So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                      I rasied the issue to dbs and they said to wait for 35 days and now they said hdfc bank as cancelled my charge back request as their customer is not traceable.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7635 without my concern on date: 13/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-
