[Resolved] HDFC Bank — no update on delivery of fastag | |||
I had ordered Fastag from HDFC Bank on 05 Nov 2019. I tried calling them multiple times but there is no response from them. They always used to transfer call from one department to another but never gave any update on status of the Fastag physical delivery. None of the representative contacted me for assistance on Fastag. Please assist me to get my money back from HDFC Bank. Please find attached receipt for your reference.
