I am anshita and using hdfc bank from march, 2018 onward and carrying a credit card from december, 2018. But my data is not update by on cibil. As per the cibil people hdfc didn't provide them the data. I have applied for the home loan even though i am not having any bad record, i am not getting my loan approve because of no cibil data is available on it. I am having too much of trouble and mentally irritated on it. And as per hdfc its still need 45 to 60 days.
Please make me understand data update on cibil by periodically but my data is not updated. Is there my fault, if it is not updated, i have send the mail again and again, tired of calling even my relationship manager is not responding. What to do now? Why i have to suffer even though i didn't do any wrong. Was this information helpful? |
I am trying complaint so many days before but till now i did not get any positive and responsible response from your customer support team, Relationship manager and not even to the officials . But to do now its actually a mental harassment to the customers . Its to bad i never thought i will get any problem with this bank at least. you taken other person issue very very small.
