[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Not able to see premium policy receipt

I have paid 9700 as premium of my HDFC life click 2 protect policy number 16754579. I have received mail of receipt but password protected . Document are not opening even after inserting date of birth as my password which is suggested in mail. So I don't have my premium policy receipt. I need a premium policy receipt. So please send me hard copy to my address or send me another mail which I can access.

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, please note that the password to open the premium receipt is 1st four digit of your client ID followed by your Birth year.
