[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not cancelling my policy | |||
I have credit card of hdfc bank. One assist policy is activated on it. They have automatically deducted 1299/- from my account. Now i am saying i dont want my money back but i want to cancel this policy. One assist costumer care executive told me this policy auto renew after one year. And automatically premium will be deducted. The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
