[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not received refund amount in my payzapp wallet, even it was refunded by irctc to payzapp | |||||
I have done transactions through payzapp bharat qr code for irctc ticket, as train cancelled they refunded money to payzapp account but it was not refunded to wallet of payzapp, even payzapp transaction history shows amount refund but it is not credited to wallet of payzapp. Please help me in this matter. I made a transaction through BHARAT PAY QR at IRCTC website to book tickets, and due to some reason I cancelled my partial booking for the same refund has been paid by IRCTC but the refund amount is not credited yet.
