[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not receiving my fast tag and worst contact details for help | |||||
I have applied the fast tag and still have not received any for the same. My customer id :[protected] I am trying to reach to call customer service – "[protected]" for last 3 days but no one is answering and ends up with busy. Feel bad as i should have opted for icici as they are having good support. Also raised service request in the portal but no action for 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Debit cards he been repeatedly issued with the wrong name despite the Relationship Manager making specific requests. There is no response from the bank on when this would be rectified despite repeated calls from me and the Relationship Manager

I have apply credit card on 18 dec. after applying within 2 days i recived verification call and E referance ID no.[protected]. after that till date No status is showing on thier website. Even customer care is also not responding.Can somebody from bank side they can contact me ASAP.
