[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not receiving otp for credit card on my registered mobile number

I am sudama prasad, i have recently received my hdfc bank new credit card. Few days ago when i tried to generate the ipin, it was asking for an otp which i was supposed to receive through sms on my registered mobile number but i did not receive any. I thought there is some problem with my phone so i contacted the manufacturer but my mobile is totally fine. Then i contacted hdfc bank many times but still my issue is not resolved. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible
