[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not receiving otp on email | |||||
I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options : 1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method) 2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening. Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am currently out of India and my indian number is inactive but to access my net banking I do not receive otp on email highly inconvenient

I have been trying to reset my password on but I am not receiving any otp on mail. Since I dont have a debit card I cant use any other method to reset my password.
I am facing the same problem, once in a while I receive OTP on Mobile, its a big inconvenience while out of India. Is there a way I can get OTP both on email and Mobile for all transactions.

I have used 'Forgot password ' option to reset IPIN.with mobile & email.But OTP is not being sent to my email id at all.How many more times should I attempt?Even personal banker phone is not working
Hello I want to reset my HDFC net banking Pin. Now there were two options 1) Email+SMS 2) SMS+Debit. In my case I lost my debit card so I have only one option left i.e., 1 now am Receiveing Otp on mobile but not on email. What to do? I tried to call customer care many times but they just dropped my phone everytime.
