[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not receiving otp on international number

I have an international number registered with my hdfc account.
I do not receive any otp's for any online transaction.
I was also told that i will be sent an otp on my email id as well, that facility also does not work.
The mobile number works for logging into my netbanking account, but i do not get any otp if i transact on a third party website

I can provide my mobile number and account number if needed in a secure fashion.

Hdfc bank withdrawal Rs.4900+ charges from my mother's account,
who have not any idea about this.

This is my problem as well. My mobile number is not updated in bank account and credit card. Cannot use them since I do not get OTP.
