I am very upset with hdfc bank. Hdfc bank is not responding properly from 01- july 2019. Last few months before without my permission credit card they blocked the card and reactivated.
One day i got call from hdfc at night saying that there is three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 each dated march 28, 2019. I was shocked because hdfc has blocked the card and now how come transaction happens. I escalate this grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but they are asking for proof towards the three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 each dated march 28, 2019 at m/s itunes.com/bill in card account. Which i never used for it. And i have rises a question that how come blocked card is activated without my knowledge and demanding to pay bank charges levied in card account and credit card bearing 5459 xxxx xxxx 6645 got permanently invalidated for usage with effect from august 03, 2019. We request you to effect payment towards the current dues of rs. 53, 823.97 within september 03, 2019 to avoid further levy of bank charges and zeroes card account. There is no reply from hdfc. Three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 total amount is 20895, but hdfc demanding to pay 53823.97. Why? I have cleared all my dues payment before blocking card on february 2019
I requesting hdfc bank people to block my card temporizer is someone using my card and i am get messages for otp. Find the attached for your reference.
I am not able to check any details from hdfc mobile app/ hdfc login account.
So please any how you can help me to resolve my issue.
