    On 21 sept, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number. For no reason when i checked my account statement the deduction this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 190919-. I don't know anything about this deduction? And i am not aware about that deduction why this deduction happen without my knowledge. And how can they do that?

    We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 177/- levied to your account pertains to third party cash transaction done on 19.09.19 for Rs. 25000/- at Morena branch. HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third-Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

      Hi,

      I am using hdfc bank regalia credit card since a long time. Previously i was using diners club rewards credit card and bank told me to upgrade for regalia. There were around 10000 reward points in my diners club which bank told me to transfer to regalia card but when they change all point lapsed.
      Now when i start using this regalia then from march -2019 they have adjusted around more than 10000 reward point again in credit card bills. And i have an account in hdfc bank and personal banker is assigned which is of no use. If you told her she said she will check but never called or pick the phone.
      Iam fad up with the credit card services of this bank. As in the name of facilities, it's a complete fraud.

        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I don't even know the company and this kind charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

          I am hdfc credit card holder i want to cancel my one assist membership.
          Rupees 1399/ has been auto debited from my hdfc credit card without my consent on 7/9/2019. Kindly debit the amount of rupees 1399/ back and cancel the membership as i am not interested in this service any more so cancel the membership and debit the amount of rupees 1399/ repees one thousand three hundred and ninety nine immediately

            I have paid money more than used my credit card. I have written letter to the particular section. But till date i have not yet receive the excess money i have paid. Kindly take action against the particular bank. I have smashed my credit card as soon as i receieved a closing letter from the bank as they people said. I have not receieved the statement monthly as on 12th of every month

                I am customer of hdfc bank. My 75% work online. Todaly i went to hdfc bank balotra (Rajasthan) branch. I want to fd interest certificate. First of i go rm but he said go counter then i go counter then he said go other counter i go other counter then she said go before counter. So i go again that counter he give me one fd certificate then i said i want both of fd int cetficate then he said wait 5 mt then i said i donot wait i am gaitting late then he said me first of all sign this form then i give intertest certificate.. Then i forbade then he said go bm so i go bm but my problems did not solve.
                I am very unhappy about that service because i have 12 account in hdfc bank.
                Plz raise my complain immedately and give me interest certificate as soon as possible

                    Hi.. I am not happy with the service of relationship manager... Can you please let me know how to change relationship manager at hdfc bank?
                    My relationship manager is extremely slow. If i have asked any question she replies after 3-4 days post reminder. Post reminder she raises query with relavent team and that too she shares their response after 2-3 reminder and half the time she is on leave......

                      Hi, my nane is yash naik. I had opened an account with hdfc during my tenure at my previous firm in 2018. After i left the firm, hdfc allegedly converted my salary account to savings account without my consent and has been charging me for minimum balance ever since.
                      My current balance is -2097 and the amount keeps on increasing each month by rs.600.
                      I am highly worried and shocked by the ethics shown by hdfc. It is worrisome to see such a reputed bank like hdfc conducting such behavior. A quick reply would be highly appreciated.

                        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account and i see that i have rs -4993 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                            How dare employee can call to my whatsapp no and mess me as need to pay by today else will come to ur address and amount will be deducted automatically from my account...
                            Is this the way u people train the employee.. Very bad process thought from hdfc credit card section.. Employee mob no is +[protected]...

                              I applied for a credit card through branch and as per eligibility criteria, everything is matched like cibil score, itr (5 lac), etc. I submitted all concern documents like itr, itr computation, pan, residence proof, etc. Then later after 7 days executive called me and asked for profit & loss sheet and balance sheet for proceeding your application i said ok tomorrow i'll submit then executive said: "ok no issue". Later when i check the application status on 20/09/2019 it's mentioned your credit application status decline.

                              Why application is declined? Even my savings account also there in hdfc bank.

                                Legal department for the payment of credit card as my emi autopay got stuck & payment not released due to non availablity due to festival and hdfc has charged unnecessary
                                Charges on credit card which i was paying from more than 15months but now they have started calling me
                                Aggressively and abusing me also they visited my home and started scaring my family for the money, i am very disturbed right now due these collection
                                Agents and hdfc bank making nuisances, due to this i lost my family, my wife left me, friends and also my parents please suggest me on this situation.

                                Legal department for the payment of credit card as my EMI autopay got stuck & payment not released due to non availablity due to festival and HDFC has charged unnecessary
                                charges on credit card which i was paying from more than 15months but now they have started calling me

                                Ms.Aditi,

                                In your whole communication till date you are only discussing about the loan & payments,

                                Thank you for giving me a revise & payment fees discount of 4500/- Which i dont require, were i can pay full amount.

                                I have raised an issue related to self respect, dignity, ethics, policies and a lot more related to a human being.

                                I always said in my all the communication mails i will pay your total amount, but what about the idiotic things and behaviour(Abusing & harrising) made by the HDFC bank staff(callers)(as mentioned earlier and submitted all the dates of call recordings from your HDFC bank) for your investigation purpose.
                                What about Aggressively abusing me with cheap & filthy language also they visited my home many times and started scaring my family & relatives for money.

                                Till date every day from past dated - 16th of this month sep -19 till 23rd sep-19, "every day minimum of 10 calls are made from HDFC Bank tele callers to my known sources which include friends, Relatives, staff, colleagues, business people, investors and inform them Sunil putnala is a defaulter and a fraud who had taken 2 lakhs from bank and ran away, Sunil & his family are thieves".

                                That is the statement from all the above mentioned sources to me personally called me and informed .

                                A question - after payment will your HDFC bank tele callers call all the above sources & intimate them as i have cleared the payments & iam not a thief ??

                                Now again am mentioning am ready to settle your payments, against Assure me a written apology letter mentioning the same that HDFC bank callers abused me harassed me given wrong statements to all my known sources.

                                In my last mail i clearly mentioned because of this statement I lost everything Physically, mentally & financially.

                                in last i request you again to give a Written apology to close the case immediately.

                                Hi this is sunil kumar and i am being harassed by hdfc shapurji towers branch collection (Hyderabad) /
                                Legal department for the payment of credit card as my emi autopay got stuck & payment not released due to non availablity due to festival and hdfc has charged unnecessary
                                Charges on credit card which i was paying from more than 15months but now they have started calling me
                                Aggressively and abusing me also they visited my home and started scaring my family for the money, i am very disturbed right now due these collection
                                Agents and hdfc bank making nuisances, due to this i lost my family, my wife left me, friends and also my parents please suggest me on this situation.

                                  My debit card no [protected] of bank of india rupay. I have used my debit card of bank of india at your wadala west atm center opp to wadala railway station on 18/9/19. I have tried to take out cash for rs 5000.00 at 11.16 am to my surprise amount debited by bank of india but cash not received from your atm. Then i have tried for rs500.00 and i have received cash amount from atm. Then 3 rd time i have tried for rs4500.00 again amount was debited to my account by bank of india but cash not received from atm. On checking with security man available at the center he informed that i will get revere's refund within 10/15 minute. But since i have not received the same i have immediately contacted bank of india they have informed to give them written complain and to submit refund application. I have completed that process today ie 20/9/19. Now kindly let me know when you will arrange to confirm the same to bank of india borivali west branch that your atm machine have not deliver cash of rs 5000.00 and rs4500.00 total rs:9500.00 to me.                                     Hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

                                    Ifsc: hdfc0001041
                                    Branch: qutubullapur
                                    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                                    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                                      My credit card validity got expired on january 19, and i am not using card from february 19. I have paid almost rs.30, 000/- to close my outstanding. But unfortunately i am receiving abnormal outstanding every time, i had recorded on previous talking with hdfc staffs, no clarity in balance amount, to be paid. Surprisingly the outstanding amount keeps on increasing irrespective of reducing. I would like to register a legal complaint against hdfc credit card division, chennai.

                                      My credit card is jetprivilege.
