Hi team, i am staying in singapore and my indian number was not going to be active.
So this time when i visited my nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otp on my international number.
However after coming here i am not receiving any otp on my international number. Please help to resolve this issue....

I applied for credit card with application reference no. 19G[protected]W1.
The status is approved. My address was incorrect so it was undelivered to me. Later I requested for change in address now it is not showing any details. I am unable to track it.
My Bluedart courier vide airway bill no [protected]....

I erroneously clicked the offed of insta jumbo loan on my credit care, and i i have received a loan amount of rs. 300000/- credit into my savings my savings account on 05.07.19. I received instant jumbo loan rs. 300000 /- for 24 months (Account no.43467xxxxxx6781) in my saving account that time i was not aware about your flat rate of interest. I felt that time it will be reducing but hdfc bank are charging very much so now i have no interest...

I am holding hdfc bank credit card number ending 3187. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/-from the above card on[protected] without my concern. I am not interested this service and i don't want this membership any more.
So cancel the membership and refund the debited amount of rs. 1399/- @ earliest.

"hdfc", worst bank ever. Previously they deducted amount from my account stating that it is not the salaried account. Fine, i get it changed to salaried account.
Now they have again deducted 1185 rupees from my account stating something which reads as "mirevenue hold through gefu".

I don't know what it is.

Most frustrating thing is tomorrow is my salary day and they will deduct the amount as soon as i'll...

Today i visit in atm to know my balance when i check mini statement of my account then i found a transaction of dcd and debited from my account 590 rupees i never use this product or its related anything else please help to credit my balance. It is wrong and false transaction with me it's a bank fraud. Please help me to recredit my balance. I contact to customer helpline but no response...

Hfr224971 i need the fastag as soon as possible or within 7 days i need it do not delay it it is urgent or else do refund and give my money back u have not delivered it fast and taking a lot of time to deliver it and the customer service is also not good

I received a call from one assist saying they are from hdfc bank (Firstly please share the information to the customers accurately). Offering me a a lifetime free membership. Even when i told them my card is already on life time free membership. Please stop scamming people of money.

Please do the needful cancel the plan and refund the money thank you.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2893 without my concern on date:06/08/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

Iam unable to withdraw my amount as my last working in hdb financial services is[protected] and joining date in karvy fintech pvt ltd is on the same date. When i spoke with the pf department, they says either of the date has to be changed so that i transfer my amount. I am not getting any of my otp sms on my register mobile number its past two week before i used to get. My mobile number and email id both are register in bank where as i am getting otp on email id but on mobile number i am not.
I used to do all my transaction through net banking finding difficult to use.

Hi i have brought a policy from hdfc life in the year 2014 when explained it was 5years premium and 10 years term. After getting the policy i got to know it was 10 years premium. I spoke with the agent he told it will be 5 years premium only 10years of term. Now the policy is under lapse status. Who is responsible for this. Today 30/08/2019 there is a false transaction happened in debit card.

Rs. 892.50 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a dcd transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. I feel unsecure to use hdfc bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Tried contacting your customer service...

I did a transaction rs 11, 000 in life style by hdfc credit card as there are 10% offer on 15 june 2019.
I didn't receive the cashback yet. They don't have any option to contact for the same.
I tried to connect my rm multiple time but didn't get any response.

Seems it kind of fraud as people are not tracking their cashback offer or not checking the cc statement....

I am having salary account and without informing me hdfc bank deducted the debit card fees and i am using account since 2-3 years and there was no deduction about before.
Everytime they charge for online transaction if i do neft or imps.
Very bad service sometimes i am not getting and transaction details via sms..

I applied through online application form on august 26, 2016 and i submitted all the documents required for credit card also my verification is done by hdfc agent.
