[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — not refunding money to credit card account

Clear Trip refunded FULL to Smartbuy: 2-Aug-2018
Smartbuy refunded FULL to HDFC: 7-Aug-2018

Till today, HDFC does not reund money to my creadit card account. HDFC Bank person not interested to entertain me and clearly saying like I cannot help you much. Upon forcing, they received a written complaint from me, but did not give me any acknowledgement. Dont know if the letter is forwarded further, or resting in waste paper busket !!!

It's already 30 days after smartbuy refunded my money to HDFC, but HDFC is unable to refund the same to me. Are they gonna pay interest on it? (Just like they earn interest if the outstanding amount payment is delayed even for a single day)??? Ridiculous!!!

Any Update? It is more than 5 weeks while Smartbuy refunding my money to HDFC, but HDFC not crediting the same to my Credit Card Account. Where is the dispute exactly?
