HDFC Bank — NRI accounts no SMS OTPs receiving

As an NRI customer my international phone and email are used for validation purposes. Although there are never any issues with receiving email OTPs. SMS OTPs are missing 90% of the times, as they work sometimes it is not a registration issue. Neither it’s system issue as the email OTPs are sent out without fail so it’s the deliberate design of HDFC SMS system to make it inefficient to save costs and drop the messages and make the customers suffer.
