I am a hdfc credit card holder. Due to financial crises and i had lost my job due to internal family issues. I had asked customer care for settlement. But customer care executive told me we have no option for settlement. I want settlement I have no money. One lady is call and telling your settlement amount is 48 thousand my total outstanding is 50 thousand....

"dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ashish securities pvt ltd with value rs. 25000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

I have not issued/allowed/authorized any company/person for any kind of transaction. I called csr many times, but...

Final loan sanction is subject to bank discretion.

I have not made any application for the same.

In Jan month, I used to visit Mumbai and used VIP Lounge, as per earlier understanding there was no charges against 1 VIP Lounge per month but HDFC wrong charged 1951.29 INR + GST 18%

After getting the reference number from hdfc bank behalf, i tried to check the status on their respective site.
Before it was showing inprocess and today when i was checking then i found it is decline.
Even i can assure you that, i gave the documents which was true to the best...

I am staying for a longer period abroad and my indian number was not going to be active.
So i visited the nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otps on my international number.
However after coming over here i am not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries....

Today morning-30 april, I tried to recharge Jio number by loading money in Jio app from my credit card. Money got deducted but I couldn't see the amount in Jio wallet. so since that was emergency I recharged once again using my credit card. Then I called Jio customer care to raise a complain they said they received money only once and that was used for recharge so no money to show in Jio wallet. I am not getting OTP for my online transactions. When checked online, my phone number details are correct. And this was not an issue before. Suddenly out of nowhere, I stopped getting otps. If this doesn't get resolved immediately, I will close my account with HDFC as this shows your unreliability with accounts. Your customer care never picks up a call. Worst customer care service of all....

I had made a transaction (Imps transfer of rs.6400) in one account, the error showing is host offline / issuer node offline. The transaction was made on 2nd of april & yet money has not returned back. Reading other complaints i had waited for so many days but yet even after a week there is no clue of money returning.
When will i get my money back?...
