[Resolved] HDFC Bank — one assist auto renewal | |
Hai i am aneesh, using hdfc credit card and having hdfc account. Without my knowledge and even without a confirmation from me these one assist team debited 2499 rs from my credit card. I don’t authorise anybody to do that and they didn’t informed me that its auto renewal. While i joined this policy your colleague informed me that they will not do auto renewal without my notice.
