[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — online payment through netbanking getting failed & call centre numbers not reachable

Hi team,

I have been trying to pay my lic premium using the netbanking facility, however am repeatedly getting the below message :

"we regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction. For more info, please contact your nearest bank branch or use phone banking services.

To amplify the issue, you phone banking services are also dead.. It dosent proceed beyond the language selection option & the phone gets automatically disconnected.

I have to urgently make these payments & would request someone to get back to me on this.

I tried to login & update the details on the URL provided, however, it is asking me to enter the reference number (Which I am unable to view as it is protected) ... Further, it is also not taking my registered mobile number.

With regard to your query regarding your credit card please feel free to contact our Phone Banking officers at any of our 24-hour Phone Banking numbers mentioned in the below URL and the extension mentioned for your kind reference. https://bit.ly/2ypZupS and dial 131 then validate credit card number with PIN and then choose the options required as per your concern and follow the IVR.
