My Request for refunding the unrequested membership fees of 1399/-deducted on to my card has not yet addressed or resolved.
Now again the same have been reflected in my hdfc card statement showing as due.
I again kindly and sincerely request you to procede and resolve the highlighted issue.

I would also like to bring to your kind notice that, last year also there was same type of amount deduction on my credit card which was never requested for. Last year I could not come across this consumer complaint platform.
Finally amount was deducted. I could not do anything.
