Every month hdfc is deducting charge from my account unethically. What is this # can u explain is. Today i transfer 1000 rs in my account i had 600 rs already but while i tried for transaction it was showing 253 rs in my acoount. What kind of white collar thief you are? Am i using your bank locker so i have to pay 1000 rs per month, for maintaing a salary account you are charging 600 rs per month from the customer what you think we cannt take any step. If my matter will not resolve i will file legal case against you in conmsumer forum. As well as i will start posting in social media about your cheating.

    My rs.3500 amount deducted without any communication i have kept that money for emergency purpose now i lost all that money. Hdfc bank as to return that money else i am not going use hdfc bank account and also i am not going to pay any bills.
    We will work hard and saved that money without communication how bank can deduct all money i need the amount back.

    Due to this sudden deduction i am facing critical situation amd also in this corona situation where i can bring money

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7774 without my concern on date:16/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        Late night at 00:02 am I crossed Dadri toll on GT Road.Toll charges deducted from my HDFC fastag account.

        But again now at 08:00 am again toll charges deducted showing same toll Plaza, although myself as well as my car is in Delhi at my home.

        I contacted their customer care number, but getting no response.

        Kindly help me get my money back.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now,. I have asked in shop where i brought, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                Hello receiver,
                I had cancelled my railway tickets which was booked online via hdfc debit card, now i received a message that"ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 1314 for rs. 1550.00 has been credited/reversed by ecaterin3165892 on[protected]:02:25:07" but still when i checked my balance, it is not credited to my account number, please do check what is wrong and revert back to me quickly.

                  I had seen many times, this hdfc did not allow me to modify the order and put new order specially in the peak time like today from 3.15pm to 3.30pm, i did not able to buy the share i wanted to buy instead of i brought a different share for which i have already placed the order when i was trying to modify the same it was always showing all exchange are down but at the same time zerodha was working fine. So guys please care full from this cheater... Instead of of providing better service they will send fake advice and will charge the most.

                    I am using hdfc bank regalia credit card for more than 10 years.

                    Credit card no. [protected]

                    In january 2020, i was supposed to travel from 18th to 22nd. My payment due date for credit card is 24th of every month.
                    To avoid any delay, due to my travelling, i dropped a post dated cheque (19/01/2020) to hdfc bank drop box on 15th january 2020.
                    But their oversmart employees presented the cheque to my bank on 17th january 2020, which was two days prior to date printed on cheque. Therefore my bankers (Janata sahakari bank ltd.) could not honour the cheque, despite there was sufficient balance in my cc account.
                    This was brought to the notice of hdfc bank. Therefore they reversed the payment return fee rs. 650 and sent me an apology letter on 6th march 2020.

                    Despite the issue has been resolved as it was purely their mistake, hdfc bank cards have sent me a current month's statement mentioning finance charges rs. 8078.46

                    This is totally not acceptable to me.

                          I have process jumbo loan on my credit card some mount of inr 75000/- as a dd on dt 7th march 2020 and it will be deliver within 7 working days through currier service on customer address now after 11 days still didn't received dd on my address and also i have discussed with currier services what they telling me it will be reached 2 to 3 days..?? (I don't think that vikroli to kalyan will take 1 hour more.. What service you provide to customer. I am very frustrated with this kind of currier service you referred on this important work.

                            I am account holder in your branch my name is ms heena contact number is [protected] for today 19/march/2020 we came for cash deposit 3 on providing cash to cashier after counting notes 3 times by our self she said three 2000rupees notes are less. But we are sure that we counted properly and while handling cash she had mixed those three 2000 rupees notes in her cash and we saw that and even told her why she mixed our notes she said its ok.                                 I want to close the credit card which is in dead state, i hold platinum card from this bank and could not manage my account properly due to less knowledge regarding usage.so after getting few calls from bank i was offered a plan to close the card account with a split payment.i had completed the agreed payment in two installments

                                  I have availed a two wheeler loan under the account no : 55419995 in tirupur branch (Tamil nadu) on march 2018 for the period of 2 years to purchase a honda shine bike last instalment is paid on february 2020 total 24 installements were paid that there is no pending payment from my side.
                                  Now i apply for noc by that time they are asking for to pay rs.4294 (Totally 13 installements) against check bouncing charges but from the first installment the amount is realised from my account through ecs mode.
                                  I have submitted the bank statement for the particular period account have enough fund on that date so please consider the above and do the needfull.
                                  I didn't get proper response from the customer support team in branch.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have received a call today, 10.59am 19 march 2020 from mobile number [protected] claiming to be kanika mathur from hdfc life insurance. She has given my policy number as classic assure number 90976200. She says i have only paid the first premium of 50, 000/- in 2012 and that if i pay at least three premiums now, the lock in period will be completed.

                                    She has asked me to contact mr. Rajeev mittal, [protected] relationship manager.

                                    I have no policy with hdfc, which i had already verified by calling hdfc directly and this is a fraud operation going on.

                                    They have somehow got hold of a database of insurance customers that they are using to perpetuate this scam.

                                    I am reporting this so that action can be taken.
