[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — otp not getting

I am facing problem since 3 month about to not getting otp. Nowadays i am not getting any of the otp from hdfc debit and credit card department.

If we missed our card payment their guys are harassing us to make the payment soon as possible.in the case of otp, what i need to do ha? I have visited the branch but they have no idea about it?

If i want to login to my net banking your otp is not coming, if i want to do any online transaction or fund transfer or bill payment i am not getting any otp from your side. I have few of another bank card and their otp is arriving in within a minutes.

Either it is my debit card transaction, net banking transaction or credit card transaction none of otp i am getting nowadays in hdfc.

What to do ha?

Give me proper idea or else i have make a police complain!!
