I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs.2499/- from my credit card number ending with 6119 without my consent on August 06, 2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the fee.

My account has been debited 20 days back while making payment for rs. 200 through hdfc net banking. But transaction failed. I tried another two times to make payment for the said amount. Transactions failed. Totally rs. 600 has been debited from my bank account. But no refund was initiated. Finally i made payment using my debit card. I want my rs. 600 back....

There was an issue while withdraw rs.4500 from atm at burgur on 31/12/2018. I did not receive the amount but its get debitted from my credit card account. I have raised credit disput request and sent sent multiple mails and followups, this issue was not resolved for more than 2 months. Please do the needful and let me know how many months required to resolve this issue....

This is Reg. Reference number HFR107709. I am an existing savings account holder with HDFC and I had applied for fastag on March8. I got a confirmation msg saying I will receive the fastag in 7 days. Post 7 days, didn't receive the fastag and there was no communication from HDFC. I called up customer care and I was told that the request is on hold since the kyc is pending.

I applied for opening of ppf account in hdfc bank online on march 07, 2019. However my account was opened in anna nagar branch, chennai. Whereas i reside in delhi. I have tried to close the card, so I have tried to settlement customer care for more than one week from March 2nd 2019 to March 14th. but no proper response from customer. still i did;'t get any single call from customer care.can you please arrange me the call from customer care. Really i am very suffering due to this issue.i have no job right now. if i missed to cancel this card, they will put some late fee charges...

I recently activate my new hdfc bank account on 23 feb 2019 and my salary credit on 11-march-2019... Now debit card decline my withdraw payments and online transaction say to contact to branch your account is freeze due to non debit... This stupid system freeze my account within one month of activate account... I want my account unfreeze as soon as possible... If not possible give me my money and close my account...

I dont want to take oneassist membership as message convyed to me that membership is added on with credit card ending 1077.
Please make it cancal as i dont want to add it with my credit card.
As earlier i thought it is essential as when customer care call person had called me.
