I misplaced my credit card (Last four digit:8935) 7-8 months ago, then i blocked this card using mobile app and after that i spoke to customer care service and asked them to close my account permanently and they assured me it will be closed. But again on april 2019, they generated bill on my name with credit card number last four digit ending with 0034. Again spoke to customer care and they informed me that hey have generated a new card on my name. They hadn't taken any permission for generating new card number neither they inform me that a new card number is issued to me. I came to know only when they charged rs 590 for renewal membership. Now they are not closing my account and charging rs 590 as late fee every month. I have complained multiple times and every time they file a complain and informs me "back end" team will call me to resolve my problem, but till now i haven't receive any call from them. After complaining multiple times they have given my credit card account number : [protected], before that i don't even had any information about credit card number except last four digit 0034, which i came to know when they charged renewal fee. I don't know what to do, i even visited hdfc branch, and they are asking me to speak to customer care. There is no one to listed in customer support department and every month they are adding rs 590 as late fee.

    My name ms. Shaikh had been deprived by hdfc bank customer care saying me to contact with merchant for cancellation of my pre approved loan sanctioned by hdfc bank to merchant on my behalf
    Whereas i had made a call at customer care since i received a message stating that a loan is booked for my account

    As soon as we call at hdfc bank customer care after hanging of 15 to 20 minutes they give us another department number saying to contact with loan department
    And again when we call at that loab d
    Customer care number they again connect to telecaller after 20..25 minutes of hanging

    It's started on 26th feb
    I had been complaining for the same since the day it was sanctioned as i was notified by message i told same day to cancel this loan which was pre approved by hdfc bank
    Bank even was not even bothered to confirm or reconfirm for the sanction of loan and now they are calling again and again to pay emi for that loan

    This is severe negligence from hdfc bank to not listen or confirm it's customer before sanction of any kind of loan

      I am credit card holder [protected] on the name of ravishankar i am using credit card for more than 8 years i am having some problems in my business last 8 months i could not pay my minimum balance from two months so many calls come to my number i told them i am paying interest of 3% and penalty from last 1.5 year there is a serious problem in business.
      They are calling my wife number and harassing her. One of the costumer care lady told my daughter, your father took money and ran away.
      The recovery agent came to my house today on 12/05/2019, stood near the door told my wife, we will not leave your house till we speak to your husband. My wife told him he is out of station., then he started saying your husband credit payment 70000. My phone was not in contact since i was in remote area near goa. He told my wife, i will not leave this place till he talks to me he stood there for long time and left i called the recovery agent after two hours girish his phone number is [protected] i told him i am out of station i will pay by may 25. Literally he threatened me saying i need my payment tomorrow any how otherwise i will come sit in your house. I told him i am out of station i cannot arrange funds now i will do the payment on may 25. I explained him that you cannot go to my house when i am not there. He refused to listen
      I cannot understand one simple thing we are costumers for more than 10 years for bank, bank earned lot of interest from me, why this behavior. Why you are not follow the rules of recovery by threatening and by sending goons you want recover the money. Then why you call this corporate bank. I hope you will understand this and resolve the issue at earliest

        I applied for hdfc credit card and one month back i got 2 verification call one is for my residence and other one is office verification that time i was in my client place on work so after that i had checked application status but it was declined, i don't know why so now i applied for icici bank credit card it now i got credit card also so hdfc bank verification process is very poor i got to know this because verification persons are working like blindly even they thinking they will not think about proper responsibility of customer reply and customer support should tell reason that facility also no in hdfc bank. So am requesting to customer support when the application is declined please tell proper reason for customer. That time can resolve the issues.

          I have applied my fastag in hdfc online. My application number hfr135863. Till not got my card. Very worst response in customer care side. No clear cut procedures for kyc. My travel date is tomorrow.. Till not got my tag. Waste of money. For faster response only i have applied in online other wise i will get i any toll plaza.. Hdfc fails in this.. No mail or sms regards this. Pls cancel my card n return money. Or else credit money with interest for 10 days.. Wasting our money in the online purchases. Cheating people.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. Every year a amout of rs.1399 are debited from my credit card account - xx3079 without my permission. I am no way interested in one assist plan. I need refund of rs.1399

            Before one year one assist did same thing (Deducted rs.1399) and later customer support person informed that plan will be deactivated after 1 year. And they repeated same thing again which is not at all acceptable.

            So please deactivate plan and refund my money asap as i am not at all interested in one assist

              Cancellation of one assist membership
              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399.55/- from my credit card number ending with 6202 without my concern on date:06/05/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399.55/-

                I am facing troubles due to str being launched by mistake done by hdfc bank.

                They placed wrong aml, which created the whole series of doubts on my transactions.

                Bank even sent apology in email but the matter is still pending from last 2 months.

                But my str is still open and am facing investigation by authorities. Bank is not responding to my ticket, even i had escalated my matter but again bank is dead silence on the mistake they did.

                      Hi,

                      This is harsha here. I opted hdfc life sanchay plan for wife name called kasireddy spandana. Her policy no 20862827. Premium amount is 120, 000 per year. Paying term is 10 years and maturity is 20 years.

                      Hdfc life financial advisor name called nadim. He explained and did false promises on this plan. Based on his explanation i opted this plan paid first premium amount on nov 6th nov 2018.

                      Now i wanted to do one more plan of this and now i got to know this plan benefit is different what nadim explained.

                      As per nadim explanations,
                      On maturity period,
                      Sum assured amount + 280% of sum assured + 9% of guarennted bonus on sum assured on every year.

                      Which means
                      10 laks+28 lakhs +18 lakshmi = 56 laks.

                      But today when i called customer care they said that on maturity i will be getting only 28 lakhs.

                      Which is heart attack for me. I had asked many times about this for nadim. He said that illustration itself is wrong we will be doing so many insurances we know better like that he convinced. Also his manager spkon with me and he also told the same thing.

                      Please refund my money 1.2 lakhs along with interest and gst charges if i am not getting promised amount on maturity.

                        Virtual rm told me to have a free credit card and now they have charged me annual membership fees. I know you are a private bank and you have to survive but don't make fool genuine customers like us.
                        Your people are always in search of others with a trap for us. I am a customer of the bank since 15 years and i think the time has come now to leave that relationship and be selfish like you guys.

                          My name is ankur sharma, holding saving bank account together with new hdfc credit card. I received my new hdfc credit card and used for the very first time on 6-april-2019. I didn't get any statement till now as on 11-may-2019 but bank has deduct me 600 rupees with 18% gst of 108. My question is that how do i know that, how much amount, do i need to pay without generation of first monthly statement. So, i want my money back first then i will pay my dues.

                            I received this message some time back - ALERT:Rs.999.00 spent via CREDIT Card xxxxxx at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:09:49:54 without PIN/OTP.
                            How can a the bank deduct an amount for a merchant without otp/pin when I haven't given any permission to do so, and how could bank allow this.

                                Hi,
                                I lost somewhere around 1600+. My account got converted from salaried to savings. This was without my intimation nor any message of any sort. 800+ got deducted for that. I raised a complaint about it on mail and they said they will take the issue forward. Now in the morning at 8:01 i got a message saying my account balance is below minimum amount and right after this message i got deducted 884 rupees. I quickly called hdfc call centre and they are saying the company kept hold off of that amount. This again without any intimation or any information to customer. When i spoke with customer care, they said mail and all won't work i need to visit nearest bank. I want my money bank or i will go to consumer court. I am upset about how things are going on hdfc. I am patient enough to see this through

                                  Inter-brn cash chg incl gst charged 1770 for transaction of 5lakhs and 590 for transaction of 1 lakh. I would like to understand on what basis you are charging and i followed below link to get more information but i did not find what i am looking for. https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/fees_charges/fees_charges.

                                  Can you please help me understand what is the % of money you will deduct and what is the limit of transactions for every month. And will be there this charge even if i do less than 1lakh a month and even in my local branch itself.

                                    Today i got a call from an unknown number, i was in a mid of something important i rejected that call then i get a msg over the watsapp, i asked who is this and from which bank she is calling me, beside of telling me about her identity she started abusing me and when i called her back on the watsapp call and ask her to provide me her senior details she started making fun of me and tried threatening me that she will send agents at my place for the recovery and will harass me in front of my neighbours and relatives, here i am attaching watsapp chat screenshots and last month also one of the executive girl did same kind of language. That you are a begger and all during the call she said whatever cheap things she can say . And threaten me to send some goons over my place. Kindly look into the matter

                                      I have a credit card which i used for purchase of a mobile phone through flipkart site but i have canceled the order within some minutes by credit card emi. After cancellation the amount is not shown in my credit card.i got worried and talked to hdfc helpline they answered that it is in your credit card and you cannot see and its your extra amount which i can use for any purchase from online stores.
                                      Today i ordered dress from myntra my credit account got deducted.it should be deducted from my extra amont
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is to inform you that an unauthorized transaction was made from my credit card.

                                        On 9th May 19 morning i received a notification that amount of Rs.6200/- was deducted from my credit card. I made a complain immediately after that and your customer executive informed me that on 8th May at 10pm transaction was made from the Computer Software store(merchant).
                                        When asked for further, they said they just have this details.
                                        I requested to block my account, and was assured to receive a complain number so that i can raise a despute.

                                        Waited for the entire day, didn't receive any complain number.
                                        So had to call again in the customer care .

                                        When asked for the duration to resolve the issue, i was informed that it might take 30-90 days to resolve the issue.

                                        You may take all your time, but don't call and ask me to make a payment for the transaction which was not done by me.
