HDFC Bank — Payment deducted from my HDFC Credit Card but order not placed | |
Dear sir, On Feb 3rd 2021, i ordered Redmi Note 9 pro max (Aurora Blue, 64 GB) mobile Order ID - OD[protected] from flipkart. Payment got deducted from my HDFC Credit Card but flipkart shows Payment not yet confirmed from the bank and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for after 24hrs to happen something. I lodged a complain also on HDFC Bank but no response even after 24 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.
