My name is Aishwarya Trivedi. On the 3rd of August, 2021 I made a payment of Rs, 5220 from my debit card to CL Educate for a course named varc1000 for cat preparation.
the gateway used for the payment was the HDFC gateway.
after the payment, the screen showed the message "order awaited "with a payment reference number ( i have attached the screenshot as well)
the amount got deducted from my account but the support staff of CL educate said that they did not receive the payment.
I want a refund of my money from HDFC gateway.
following are the important details of the transaction:
date- 03/08/2021
time- between 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm
amount-Rs. 5220
gateway used- HDFC gateway
I did my payment from - Rupay debit card ( from U.P. cooperative bank)
account number to which payment was being made[protected]

HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
I am facing some problems while filling the complaint form.. kindly help me,
1)the link that you have sent asks for a reference number( which i don't have)
2)there is a link available below that says "if you don't have a reference number, click here."
3) after I click on that link, it asks whether I am a hdfc bank customer or not( i am not a hdfc bank customer)
4)after I click on "no", the next drop-down menu asks for product/service.
5) sir, i am not getting which option to click for a transaction related complaint about hdfc payment portal
kindly tell me which option to select if I have a transaction related issue through hdfc payment gateway
