[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment not received message even after payment | |||
I have below policy Hdfc life click 2 protect plus Policy number:17186255 I have made payment of 9500 on 16th dec, 2017 but hdfc life says that it did not receive amount. I called citi bank credit card service which told me that hdfclife has claimed this payment with approval code 426554. I have mailed [protected]@hdfclife with reference[protected] with all document (Credit card statement with hdfclife payment, hdfclife transaction acknowledgement, hdfclife payment screenshot) and called customer care many times but did not get any resolution. Feb 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 29, 2017 HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, please note that the premium amount paid by the customer has been received by us. Further, the same would be adjusted with the policy on due date. The premium receipt could be downloaded easily via online mode from the My Account portal.
