[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payment related issue

While making payment for train booking through IRCTC, from my
HDFC A/C No [protected];
IFSC: HDFC0000012,
Amount of Rs. 5681/- Is got debited from my above said HDFC Bank account, but same is not credited to IRCTC for train booking and my train booking also got failed.

Narration, [protected]/PAYTMIRCTCECATERING, Date 13 Aug 2018.

I mailed as well as call to HDFC customer care 20 to 30 times, but fail to get in touch with customer care, customer care is not at all of any use. I am not getting any clarity about my payment status. So please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
