[Resolved] HDFC Bank Payzapp — refund not yet done | |||||
I made a recharge to TATA SKY - 735 RS from PAYZAPP, it has been failed and i immediately informed to customercare. They said it will take 7 days to refund if failed. The transaction happened on 19th June, Still iam waiting for refund to get it process to my wallet. I am continuosly trying to reach Customercare, but the number looks to be not in use or they have blocked my nymber to call them. They are not caring for customers and their feelings. even same issue with me...i recharged my tatasky on 31st may of amount 3773 on payzapp and amount got deducted but tatasky didnt got amount and haven't got refund yet.
