HDFC Bank — Please help me to close this credit card a/c

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am JIGNESH G SONAWALA as per above credit card number refer i need your help to closed my credit card a/c as soon as possible because since 18 months i am suffering for job and when i got my new job my salaring was not coming on time.so was not able pay your total card outstanding payment or mim amount payment since 18 months.Also from customer care person and collection person are calling me for payment and i told them the some problem but they have started harassing me for payment but still i could not pay your credit card outstanding amount or mim amount on time because there was no job previously and when i got my new job that time i was not geting my salary on time till now date my salarying is not coming on time.so i need your help to closed this credit card a/c so my CIBIL record will be clear in good way.so please help to convert my credit card a/c with your interset charges to my a/c and then convert in to emi so i can pay your payment on time...please ...help me.
so kindly do this need fulfil for me as soon as possible
