On[protected] I was ordered food from zomato it was cancelled by themselves but till the date money isn't refunded and they are saying we already refunded on the same day..

I have opened a ppf account on Jan 4th 2019 by net banking. When i was filling the format bank does not give me ppf account branch.
My city of resident is ahmedabad, gujarat.
After opened the ppf account i got anna nagar I branch, which is not even in ahmedabad city
Please transfer this account to my nearest branch (navrangpura branch ahmedabad)
And also i didn't get the passbook yet.
