I had applied for fastag through hdfc on 14/3/2018. I got an sms from hdfc with customer id and wallet id on 16/3/2018. I got the fastag card two days later. But when i try to register my fastag online for first time, its keep on saying no records. I have tried this for last 2 weeks atlease

Trying to call customer service [[protected]] but no one picks the call.

Please let me know how to resolve this "no record" issue so that i can recharge the fastag and use it. You can reach me at vineeth. [protected]@gmail.com.

    Worst bank experience i ever had.
    Approached this bank to open the salary account as the institute whr i work demands the salary acc at hdfc. But this bank is proving so uncooperative at giving the service. The branch is located at dhantoli, nagpur. The receptionist is rude,
    The staff member for opening the accounts was very bad at hospitality. Visited this branch for 2 times. But no response till now. There is internal lack of coordination within the staff members. Feeling so pity that the branch not even keep the salary acc kits with them. U look big only on advertise screen bt in practicle u lack the quality service. A big o from my side.

      Dear Sir,

      I utilized my Kotak Bank debit/ATM card to withdraw INR 10, 000 cash from HDFC ATM (ATM ID: S1ACDI81 SQ 9359) in Vasant Kunj Sector B2 Market on 28/03/2018 around 21:57 hours. However, the ATM machine dispensed only INR 8500 4 notes of Rs 2000 & 1 note of Rs 500 denomination. The shortfall on the transaction was INR 1500. I raised a request with issuer bank (Kotak) on 28/03/2018 around 22:04 hours and was provided a service request confirmation (SR#1-[protected]). On the 7th day 04/04/2018 i received notification that the issue has been resolved where HDFC notified Kotak Bank that INR 10, 000 amount was dispensed! Considering this wrong doing, i raised another service request with Kotak bank and was assigned another new service request (SR#1-[protected]) with no mention on dispute reason. I was asked to wait for 17 days for resolution.

      Having read many similar instances and response from Consumer Complaints forum (stating the issue has been sent to concerned bank), i am fearful that banks are getting an upper hand, getting away with unfair transactions and cheating people of their hard earned money!!! It would indeed be a win for the common man if the consumer compliant forum truly addressed the issue and took action in holding the banks accountable, irrespective of what the loss to consumer is!!

The Issuing Bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.             Daily receiving calls regarding personal loan from hdfc bank from one year onwards. Already registered as do not call registry one month ago but still getting the calls from lian department. Too horrible and disturbing daily. Every time i'm lifting the call with interest because i thought it's may be some important call but after lifting call it's from hdfc which is irritating regularly.

              I have a salary account with hdfc bank from 2008 and the account number is [protected].

              Today i have deposited the amount rs. 130000 in hdfc bank. After the payment when i check the balance, it is less than the deposited amount. The bank has deducted rs. 1386 and the balance went to rs. 11614.

              Deduction amount is not displayed in account statement. I not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

              Hdfc looted my money in a smart way. Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account.

                I have been trying to contact the "customer care" department of hdfc for 2 straight days now!!!. They are constantly engaged. How is it possible that they don't have a single customer care executive to attend to a customer who has been calling non-stop for several hours!!

                Are you seriously that short-staffed!!!

                Horrible service!!

                All other banks have very prompt customer care services. Hdfc is just plain complacent. They'll constantly harass with multiple calls offering loans and credits cards (At times, several times in a day) but when the customer needs support, they are always busy!!!

                  One assist/ hdfc bank — my credit card was charged without my permission


                  My hdfc bank credit card was charged with rs.1499 for one assist mfee. I didn't authorize this transaction, one assist didn't contact me regarding this transaction. I dont want one assist's services. I want one assist to refund my whole money rs.1499 immediately. As i took the hdfc credit card (Jan-2018) one assist's executive called me and told that if i opt for one assist's membership with a "one time fee of rs.1499", the annual charges for my hdfc bank credit card will not be charged for life time. So i opted. But now i came to know that it is a cheating scam by one assist, because this year also they charged me with rs.1499. They didn't even ask me whether i want it, they straight away took money from my credit card. I want hdfc bank to seriously look into this and take severe action. So many people have similar complaints about one assist and hdfc credit card. How could hdfc safegaurd their customer's money if anyone can take away my money like this?

                          Hi team,

                          Below is the mail i received from oneassist regarding my oneassist membership id where they have mentioned that i have given my written consent to them regarding the facility, to start with i was approached by hdfc bank for this credit card over telephone on feb 6, 2018 and the proceedings were done over phone, not once this was mentioned to me that there is any facility called oneassist, i even asked the operator about any charges and i was confirmed there were none and absolutely no details were given to me by hdfc at that point.

                          Now what is interesting is i never received the credit card because the operator who was too busy selling it to me missed the point that my registered address is not where i stay anymore i stay in a different state altogether, she did not pay any attention to this detail and the credit card got dispatched to my registered address where as i mentioned i do not stay anymore, i also received mail from hdfc stating that due to technical reason they are despatching a different credit card what i find is appaling that you and oneassist have no coordination at all you both have just formed a nexus to squeeze money out of people without giving any information to them. I received my credit card statement on mar 20, 2018 at 10:17 am stating rs 598.39 as amount due i still dint have the credit card with me when i received this mail and finally i am attaching the mail from hdfc bank which i had received on mar 3, 2018 at 7:22 pm where they had already confirmed that they got my card back as it couldnt be delivered and weeks after that i receive mail from oneassist stating about my membership. Now march 3rd hdfc mailed stating that they got the credit card back and on march 20 you are sending me mail saying i have a due amount of rs. 598.39. So you are basically charging for a service which i have not availed yet. And i guess oneassist have taken my mailing address from hdfc bank which i find is breach of my data as i was not informed about oneassisst when the bank was offering me a credit card.

                          How can someone charge for a service that i am not availing, i do not have the credit card itself and you all have already decided to debit money from my account. I received a text message stating the amount will be deducted from my current account on 8th of april. I have already written to oneassisst regarding the same. I do not want any credit card from hdfc anymore after the fiasco you all created. I will take this further to ombudsman. I have all the necessary text messages and emails that both hdfc and oneassist had sent me. I need this to be looked at on priority basis. And i would appreciate if this charges are taken off.

                            Hello hdfc team,
                            I'm Dr. siriki Padmavathi..i used to stay in hostel of kukatpally, Hyderabad and hdfc was my salary account since 1 year. I applied personal loan on March 4th in hdfc hyderabad branch through agent of my head office in Lakadikapul. I submitted all my payslips, details and my father's details with my permanent address. The hdfc bank people didn't even called me to know my details and i used to call them daily 10 to 15 times then they will pick my call. Finally with my repeated calls, the confirmation regarding my hostel and permanent address was completed.But in my permanent address which we used to stay there since 15 years, located at Bobbili, VIZIANAGARAM district a small modification in my door number according to municipality survey based the property of my mother which usually does every year..i was clearly explained to them and submitted my house tax bill, current bills and valuation document of my house..till now they are saying the same thing which usually told silly reasons like we are at outside, leaves, holidays, etc, ..on my repeated calls..I'm very disappointed with your services.
                            Kindly resolve this issue and help me out as soon as possible.

                                At the time of loan offering PC was offered 1500 and EMI 5260 for 48 months was committed (After credit assessment also), but no any written communication was done, then suddenly on basis of signed documents funds get credited and also PC 3000 and EMI 5365, no any confirmation taken before credit, or no any mail communication is done. Disbursed on 2nd April and credit on 3rd april, no one is reachable also.

                                  I received FastTag today and went in to activate it in-order to see what the balance is and add money to my FastTag. I do not have the Customer ID or Wallet ID and I am trying since morning to reach the call center number[protected] and the number is constantly busy. It is unbelievable that HDFC has such a ### CUSTOMER CARE process.

                                      On 27th march 2018 I bought a smartphone from Amazon using HDFC credit card through no cost EMI option but after paying the amount I found out that the product selected was wrong hence I cancelled it right that second. I got message and mail from Amazon regarding refund and they said that the refund will be processed and reflected in my bank account but still there is no sign regarding this. They provided an reference number to contact the hdfc customer care. What can I do from now? I want my money back because its credit card amount.

                                        What the hell is this,, when i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

                                        I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

                                        I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.

                                        If i am not eligible for credit card please put back my all document that i had been submitted to your executive.

                                        How without any permission HDFC is doing such things. Refund my amount as soon as possible.
