I was holding credit card with hdfc bank. When i decided to close the credit card the customer care has asked me to personally vsit begumpet office. I personally visited the office and after knowing the balance i paid the amount in full. After one week when i called for update they said there is still outstaning of rs.280 which i have paid again. Now after checking my details in credit history there is still outstanding of 139. What is that...

Hi team,

I am taking home loan from hdfc for that i need to close auto loan taken from hdfc i have already paid 13emi's, still they are asking for preclosure charges.

Kindly help me in waiver off pre closure charges, so that i can close this auto loan and start with my home loan.

I received a call from your executive stating as per the company policy your account has been on hold.

As per your bank policy as your executive assisted me that they have an rite to hold a customer salary salary account and even they have an option of deducting the amount from the customer salary account.

Without communicating to me, hdfc bank converted my salary account into savings account.
2) because of the above, the following deduction happened from my account without my knowledge:
• date - 09/01/18 = rs. 531.00
• date - 12/03/18 = rs. 648.39
3) right now, my account is showing (Negative) balance of rs. -590 because of "i don't know what reason".

Dear sir,
I applied hdfc fastag card on mar 16th 2018. I received the card quickly but i haven't received welcome details with customer id & wallet id. Without these, im unable to login hdfc fastag portal.

Given customer care number is no use as it never connected - it connects with a busy tone.

Kindly make sure that your customer care number works all the time or at least work during business...

I got hdfc credit card through your agent, when filling application i told i will pay my airtel bill my self, not through smart pay. Smart pay will change the definition of the credit card, with out my knowledge my card is used to pay some bill.
But, credit card is automatically used for airtel bill payment with out my knowledge, i registered my bill with hdfc debit card already with auto pay.

hdfc bank ach debit return charges

I have salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds. But i didnt maintain sufficient balance in two months. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 413 in feb and rs 885 in march 2018.

I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is sip. How can you inculcate habit of regular...

tata sky recharge not done

I have done the payment through hdfc payzapp for tata sky recharge. Transaction has been done but recharge didn't happen. 2nd time this is happening with me. There is a serious technical issue of payzapp and tata sky. Refund my money asap. Customer care phone is also kept busy all the time.
I am attaching the transaction screen shot for the reference. It has all the detail. Very disappointed with the service of hdfc bank. Same problem...

one assist service cancellation form my both credit cards

Request you to deactivate oneassist service form both the credit cards ending with 1416 and 7430. This has been activated on my cards without any intimation or call or sms. Its of no use i guess. Without even transacting my cards on any pos terminal and atm cenetr. Still my payments on credit cards got exhausted upto 5000. To end this chaos and request you to maintain call intimation service before any vas activation.

fastag not received

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr038921. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended....

unethical behaviour of customer care person

The hdfc bank loan executives are very pathetic illiterate people, they don't no at all how to speak with customers.

My consumer durable emi got bounced due to some technical issues at banks end. Yesterday got call from bank/ 3 p agency for the payment today made the payment for the emi amount.

The agent lady (Saurayna - i guess) was talking very badly and using disgusting langugage.

Every time i check my bank statement there will be some new deduction from bank without any notification. I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is second time when bank deducted 239 and 59 rupees again
